Thanks Jim, i bought 2x 1 litre bottles so will be ok . Also mentioned in the thread was the idea of filling it from the top with a long tube , got to be better than doing it from underneath.

Did a search but cant find the answer now [proberbly me ]. There was a thread up saying about ,to much and you will cause damage, not enough same thing . So how much do i need to put in .Thanks Rob

The bay and engine looks great , coded grill or black de-badged would look great , must say though standard lights would finish it off ,each to there own though .

Got the alarm sorted after i accidently removed four wires while taking out the seat loom . Put the interior back in as well ,dont like having a car thats not compleat .

Glad to see the c getting back together. Typical ins company work ,just use what you have to hand n it will be alright !. You always need to put the finishing touches and niggley things right yourself .

It will give you more room yes and remove the door card ,they are fiddley little things to fit .Mine were broken and sat in the bottom of the door so i had to find out which way they went . Remember to slide it into the door lock otherwise it wont work ,I did this , the pin rods were piverting like they should but the doors would not lock.matt came along n said well they wont will they there not attatched to the lock ! , i felt like a right plum .

Yes they do stock them got mine from tps . part no is 357837084 or 357837083 one part no relates to the white one the other for the black . cheap as chips so you may as well get both .

Yep they are a 8mm as hasan says . Mine came from revs west , halfords proberbly the same make . Tps price is £40.00 !!!

no worries , as i said they are a bit of a pain to gain access to but a bit of patience and you will be fine .

There are two . one a few inches from drivers side wiper , the other the same but passenger wiper . You need to run your hands underneath the scuttle and locate them . Think they are 12 or 13 mm . you will know when you locate them there the only to nuts that you can feel , bit tricky to undo and do up ,or mabe its me with big hands that finds it hard to get the nut back on lol.

I have accidently removed three wires out of the black box that sits under the steering column i now have no alarm and no imobiliser. They are all blue . They were wrapped with the wires to the seats [was removing seat loom ] .Have tried looking for diagrams but no luck .There are four places to put them dont want to do trial n error incase i cause more damage . Ideas anyone ? .Its a cobra 8188.Thanks Rob

Nearly there now then. Looks like you had the seems welded as well ?. Not sure if you are the right person , but are you mates with gary ? he mentioned your forum name , he has bought my porka seats .

A few of us have had bad sellers and buyers before ,me inc . I have bought alot since and had every part delivered . As you said 99% of us on here are genuine . Dont be put off .

These seats are very comfortable, and hold you nice and snug . They are electric so you have height and back adjustment at the touch of a button ,these come with the looms .Originaly these were grey but i dyed them black with furniture clinic dye . There is some minor wear on the piping on drivers side but that is easily touched up with more dye ,the bolsters are have no wear atall and no sagging and are very firm. .I am also selling the rear seats which are in lovely condition with no wear . The door cards do have a small amount of damage to the bottom where they meet the plastic strips that they tuck into .Because i am on a mac i cant seem to get the pics from my desktop ,but i can post using photobucket in normal threads ?. I will be happy to email pics to those interested . I an asking £270.00 for the front seats . £150.00 for rears and £150.00 for the door cards .Thanks for looking Rob
