I have one . Would have to check i think top tabs are intact but bottom is missing ,would sell cheap and you would have to mitre bond on a tab .Not the end of the world but understand if its no good for you . Rob

Bummer mate , but for gods sake lock the car next time !. I know how easy it is to make a mistake though, yes £8.00 is alot for the little stoners , they would rob their own granny for a few poxy quid . There is no deterrant now for these little aholes so they are not bothered what they do , plod turns a blind eye to it because the paperwork is to much for em .

They base it on ,the least amount they can give you and the most they can sell it for . Thats it in a nutshell. What they give you they will be more than covering with the car you purchase off of them . They also know cars inside out whats selling n whats not its there job after all. I dont know how long the c has been up for sale but like any car thats not cheap on ins , uses alot of fuel and is getting on a bit ,it makes them hard to sell , what with the state of the country n all that .The we buy any car.com ad on the radio gets on me nerves '' why clean your car ,polish and wax it , place the ad and wait for people to come round to view?''. Sorted those dreaded door lock plastic bits that connect to the door pin rods , thanks matt and robbie r32 for help .

Classic restorations in bath ,not to far from you. I paid 2.4 k for a full respay ,windows out , panels off the works ,some of the panels went back to bare metal. Take a look at my thread to see pics , they were very good , sending me pics of the work as they progressed with it . Must say i had a good price on the work because i paid cash to avoid the vat , they did the work at weekends and evenings and spare time , and it was still done in good time .They even did the underside of the wheel arches for me . Lookin very nice indeedy . Just swapped my interior to the same spec as yours , fair few people said to me the only leather interior is black [which is what i had ] .soon as i saw the requested pics of it ,i knew i had to have the cream . I also went with the idea of keeping the door pods in black .Very clean car you have there .

Me two looks very nice . Perhaps its a bit like the green they did for the mk2 gti ? i forget the colour ,nobody wanted it ,but now its very popular and of course pretty rare .
