Tornado Red Rado (G60 i think) yesterday (28 June) 1440 on Renfree Way, Shepperton going towards Chertsey. Waved and beeped, not too much response though.

Is this an easy mod to do? Presumably you just need a very sharp stanley knife........ or not?? Any tips please.......

The thought didn't enter my mind - honestly. It's just when i saw the price, i thought there must be a way of getting these to the masses without it costing an arm and a leg.

I understand their rareity, but that's really silly money for a piece of plastic - buy hey, i'm not knocking it! That said, there must be a way that these can be knocked out on the cheap. I thought the guy from Trimsport was going to get some of these done........

Mine doesn't stand up to really close scrutiny...... but i'd wager that's probably the case with most Corrado's that's left. Hope to MOT goes OK.

Anna, sorry to barge in on this thread, but is there a chance part number 536-955-325 is going to become available again? It's the small link arm from the wiper motor to the main wiper mechanism. Thanks and sorry once again.

I think it must have been around 8 hours labour they charged. Still a big hit in one go though!!

Well spotted Jim - that's exactly what happened. It needed a 'Clutch Kit' (whatever the hell that is) and there's a clutch fork on the invoice as well. Just two quid short of 500 smackeroonies. Ouch!!
