Im sure my coilovers are fk Ill check and if so i wont be able to send my c spanner but i can make a template so you could easily have one made if thats any help I bet a metal fab company wpuld do it for pennies

Just a quick update then removed the old brocked sunroof at weekend and fitted a 1.8 cl passat moonroof from a 94 model it fitted perfect and works brill just didnt have time to put the interior back on lol as it got to late Il post some pics up again when i have a good camera Also sprayed the sliding cover that hides the sunroof it came out really well also and i cheekily stole the center sunvisor haha do have to get that up asweal lol

ahh ill have a look on the net im skint at the mo tho so cant afford much glad to see its coming on seems like ages ago we spoke at the last ccgb i bet you cant wait to get your boot down when its all complete and run in ! mines coming on leathers in bud new full system been mapped by dg autotech running brock b1 now 9s all round lol , we spoke bowt that a few week or so ago and iv just fixed the sunroof for summer lol put a passat roof in so loads better see you at elescar dude -

Mine seems to be fine to yhe touch it doesent just instantly mark it what paint did u use mate Also autoglym do a black spray dye thats suppose to be good but i havent tried it so cant comment on it really

Well if it is yhe cold start valve i wont be buying another i rang for a price about a week ago and a new csi is 105 quid wich is a tad expensive Thinking about it now does anyone think this could be the reason behind exessive fuel consumption ?? i e the cold start injector being knackerd !!

If any one else is giving this a go i might as well try it lol i have these flat spots tho not as terrible as yours sounded ! Mines only in first really in a morn sometimes second asweal but only on cold starts if i put my foot down a tad

Cant u spray it ?? If needed ?? I used satin black on the sunroof panel iv just put in looks great really like new and nobody touches it anyway

haha well atleast u have them to clean up bud another job to the list i suppose saw some hammerite in a spray can the other day has anyone used that before or just a good old paint brush i would have thaught that a spray would get a nice finish on them

looks good mate love red rados and always liked the d90 asweal there well suited wats goin on with the exhaust mate looks a bit glum hanging out the back there lol has it snapped a hanger or somethin any more pics bud interior engine bay the likes of good work mate keep it up

looking good mate good to see some home spray jobs makes me wanna crack on and get mine done anything has got to be better than the wicked stone chip i have at the mo lol heads up asweal mate im not sure if the mods will like this but im gonna put the wheels up for sale this week as im brasik iv got two sets the keskins and the wolfrace both on my progress thread cars lookin sweet anyway mate keep up the good work ill keep my eye on it how much was the vents then bud did u pay a lot

just for refrence really but i went ahead and got the cl sunroof and it fits perfect was in and done in about two hours but i sprayed the roof trim black and fitted the center sunvisor so could probs be done in an hour so as theres a lot of umming and rrrring about sunroofs that fit a 1.8 cl passat on a 94 plate fits perfect in to a 93 corrado cheers -
Rados always look so much better all stealthy i like origionality but when modified the darker and meaner the better lol

They must be raping us round hull at the min then used to be one of the cheapest places in britain for fuel now i was paying 1.47 for super at my local garage !!!

I work with this every day u wanna try removing a full sprinter digital wrap !! The stuff u all need to use took me half our to do and doesent leave any damage to paint work is a spray called avery surfice cleaner you spray on it softens the glue then scrape it of with a squeege you will probs be best ringing them direct or contacting a company called william h smith who supply vinyle and all other matariels -
Got a set of multi spoke wolf race wheels in black a couple of quite big scuffs on them and will need tyres soon one has a slight bulg in it theres some pics of how they look on in my build thred in my sig 100 qiud takes em
