    Running costs arent that bad actually tax is the same as any car over 1.5ltr. Insurance is a bit but if you budget for it then its not a problem. Mpg again not great but not horrific, parts are plentiful for a vr and im in the motor trade so i get them cheap! Its all paid for by me btw, i do hate it when people say "how much that cost your parents then!" my car, my money going into it, i wouldnt have it any other way!

    Good list of cars there mate! mine consists of: 1984 polo 1.1 formel e 1997 polo 6n 16v 1995 vw corrado vr6 storm DONE going to keep the rado for a while though, im only 20 so i have a way to go yet!

    Lol! I wasnt even born in the 80s! Im a product of the 90s, but only just. I just used to watch reruns of old f1 races, and can remember feeling gutted when senna was killed in 94. Its one of my earliest memorys!

    They used to run 1.5 turbos back in the 80s mate! They were rumored to be putting out 1500hp in qualy spec!

    Big update! After months of searching and waiting i finally fond a suitable replacement engine! It has done 27k from new with proof of milage and was in an auto car so hasnt been over reved! Just have to take delivery and wait for it to warm up a bit and im away. :D

    No i meant swaping all the parts of my corrados coilPack engine and putting them on a fresh obd2 lump and running that.

    Can it be done? If i swaped the obd2 manifolds for corrado ones tbody too of course, would it work? Or is there major differences between the 2?

    Nope nothing major done yet! Working on an engine in -1 is not my idea of fun! Plus i dont have to run it through winter this way. You on the road yet?

    Minor update, bought another rag around car a few months back so the c has been laid up. I am slowly buying new parts for it and it should be ready to roll come spring!

    I was going to go in the c before i had to take it off the road, i will still go in the shitty vectra though!

    Yeah i got some money back on my insurance, so i can put a really good engine in it.

    Another mini update.. The corrado is now of the road while i try and find a recon engine to put into it. I am running an old vectra as a daily at the mo so i can take my time and fix any more anoying niggles along the way!

    Saw a white vr6 getting a windscreen fitted in autoglass peterborough today, looked clean!

    Saw a dark blue g60 with a mesh number plate hole in the bumper near longsthorpe roundabout at 11:40 yesterday. Also saw a sherry red vr going into wickes in peterborough about 4:45pm yesterday.
