i like cheeky peaking vw photos. Looks a nice car too. Wheres the factory if you dont mind me asking, me and my mates love it hes into photography too so we end up in all sorts of places. One of which is an old boys school which has been abandoned. Some pretty funky stuff to see in places we dont usually get to go.

i havnt seen this about tbh, that is if you live around birmingham. Only see a few, karls is one, theres a couple of green ones too. Used to be a silver one also but think they have sold it. Its sad that i know but o well.

3dr mars red mk1 golf with a rs6 lump in the back, quattro. Brand new. :) Or in a real world, window winder mechanisms which the handle attatches too.

aha its good to see you all know what im jibbering on about. The more i rea the more i remember about idiots. Garages are the worst for it, definatly if they brake something, try and ignore it and act as if it was lie that when you bought it in. Mother truckers... I also had an electrition mess my wiring up, i think that may be why my car does not start now. And as i obviously have ALOT less tools than he does im now stumped. If you have had your car stuck on a trailor or a ramp, i had the metal bit which holds the splitter on ripped off by one of the pick up blokes, he couldnt have spelt his own name so i couldnt be botherd to try and access the brain cells which would be needed to replace it... so i left it. Save more things getting broken. Not forgetting i took my car to a garage to be looked at as it overheated, this was over the winter and they did not put anti freeze in it and it obviously froze, it took me about 2 weeks to get my car back as they said they couldnt do anything about it, i was litterally thinking of setting the place on fire.. aha. They eventually bought a heater and sorted it, ever since its ran like complete crap. And now it does nothign at all. Hence the hatered for anyone who touches my car. On the bright side, as you said the Corrado still makes me smile.

I guessing im not the only one. Each day i have anyone in my car, they fiddle and break stuff. For instance today, trying to start the bugger and my mate snapped my door handle (Metal elbow inside it) It annoys me as i am one of the most inpatient people i know but other people just dont seem to have the caring touch to cars as i do and i only do from breaking most the things ive ever touched on it. Saying that, any car i touch seems to destroy itself... Has anyone noticed this, no one can open the doors properly, bonnet etc For instance, took my car to a garage and the dude who tested it for mot obviously didnt have a clue how to drive a lowerd car as he scraped the bugger on the exit to the garage. Its as if people expect it to be as good and working as a modern car and they just arnt. You lot must have had people break your car and you just have to watch and feel the hate. Its a new bloody handle too. Same with my mk2 and 1, people are just too hard on them and they cant handle it. Like watching someone drive your mk1, if youve owned one youl know what im on about. Their different to most other cars and weird to drive, got to own one to understand, its like the corrado. Im now paranoid about anyone touching my car other than me.

12 relay and number its numberd 67. I also think my distributor is buzzing, anyone know if they do, can and whether this means anything. Yea it turns over sometimes and does nothing, sometimes it just clicks at me. Cheers critical mass.

seems as if your on about badges in general, rear badge kinda thing. Ebay - few quid. When your looking your probably find a key ring too, both are on ebay.

did you remove any other relays from your car?

thanks mate, it is annoying i have to say. I also have a strange buzzing coming from what i think might be the distributor, what would this mean? that or its from the coil pack, both close and im on a main road so its hard to hear which one is making the buzzing. Too many buzzing noises on the car at the moment :@

aha its still doing it. Checked all wires, they seem fine... Im asuming the starter its self has gone. cheers chris.

I know little about car but always fix mine myself, hence why its sitting not woring at the moment. I will have a look at it gie it a whac see if it helps, would it be best to ust change this? As at the moment my car ust clicks at me, its the 12 relay, number 67 which is clicking. Also, how do i remove the starter, ive rear i may have to remove the drive shaft so as to access it, is this true? I have a 1.8 16v also, if anyone has done this please help. Cheers RW1

This may be my problem as my car is not starting, it would after trying the key a few times and now does nothing. Where is the solonoid on the starter, so i can go and take my anger out on the bugger. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

did you have any luck with this as mine has started doing that today. Its a valver, dont know if the fuel pump is on etc but my 12 relay number 67 spazzes out when i turn my ignition? i also disconected my battery, i thought it had ran out but as it wouldnt start, it had started the day before and ran pretty poorly cutting out and taking a while to start again, now it wont go at all and its buzzing at me... from what i can see all my wiring is fine etc... I have no idea what could be wrong with my baby. Please help.

that black one with mk1 strips was sweet. Loving the RM's sits really nicely on them. Mk2 looks quality too. Plus i dont want rat, i dont want my car falling to peices but i do like the rusty bonnet, doesnt matter if it falls off, wont break... pretty much sound. I would do that to a micra but definatly not a corrado. I like it to look mint, with a bit of old skool... Plus if i had that much to spend on wheels id have got a full respray.

Well as most people tend to carry out mods they have seen throughout the forum or mags because they think its 'cool' i genuinly have wanted a rusty bonnet for ages, if i had a veyron id do the same. I like the colour and texture. Ive not seen any other corrado with one so, hoping i dont in future. You lot hate it i can imagine but the old one has 3 huge lumps poking out of it and is rusting anyway as my engine mount broke and smashed into my bonnet. Some people can just buy another, others cant.

Glad to see itl be back some point soon... Youve gotta love grannies ay... That cake was 10/10 too, i want one but i dont think id eat it. Cheap to modify too, icing sugar smoothage!
