That's AVERAGE Roddy! I've seen 15MPG before at the very worst! Bear in mind I live in the sh!tty backwater of Hereford, the only major town, nay City, on the A49 without a bypass! So at 5pm you will be lucky to travel 2 miles here in half an hour if you are lucky, therefore that sort of MPG in a VR aint so bad!! Mike Edwards may be able to back me up on this one!

Hmmm, I have a printed copy of this very same advert which I printed on 7th December 2002 as it interested me due to being a Storm. It is identical in EVERY way to the new ad so guess it hasn't been used for well over a year. It is the same seller too BTW. -
In my car - Slow town driving - Around 18MPG Cruising along at 50ish - Around 37MPG Between 70 & 100 MPH - Around 30MPG

According to the website its sometime this month - hopefully, it should be Issue 30 cos I had Issue 28 last April and Issue 29 in June but nowt since....

Nice one Kev they look much better, shiny and black rather than dull and grey! Let us know what's in the channel when you fit them ie drain holes, dont really want to peel mine back 'cos doubt they'd wanna go back on.

They peeled off very easily, they were almost rotten, didn't need to hack at 'em! I guess they also prevent crap from getting into the gutter channel (or did!)

My rubber edge bits were peeling away too and looked a bit messy so the other day I just peeled them off. It may look a bit neater but now I wonder if those edge bits were there for a reason, I mean there are no drain holes underneath are there?

thats more than i paid for my then 38k mile FVWSH'd 1-owner storm 30 months ago from a lexus garage as well :shock: Hmmm that £10,995 car in E&M wouldn't happen to be Amits new 21k mile, one owner, '94 VR would it??! Just got your pm mate, it wasn't yours but your still a lucky lucky man, it's gotta be one of the lowest mileage C's in this country! :D 8) 8)

Anyone else seen this very low mileage Storm on Autotrader? At £9k it seems like the 'Top Gear' programme is definately having an effect on Corrado asking prices! :D

Filled up the tank and did a 340 mile journey to Glasgow this week (all motorway bar 30 miles). According to the MFA I averaged 70 mph and dead on 30 mpg which seems about right and still have about a quarter of a tank left.
