Cool, was it the same connections? What age of car did you use?

I think the later headlights must stick out more to line up with the grille cause old lights dont as much, either that or i have to adjust mine :S
-

I think he's talking about suspension??? :? If your going to kill your ride fitting hydraulic or Airbag suspension to a car, the 18's wont make much difference anyway, I'm guessing you wont care much?. Cheesy on here fitted them to his, ask him about clearance, but i think i've seen an American Corrado on 19's!!!

FurkiG60, i think Henny meant £25 for the fan and £1 for the fuse to equal £26ish........ The flaps sticking wa a common problem on MKII Golfs too wasn't it?
-
Last time it happened to me, twas my alternator. Could even be your belt slipping though, you can usualy hear that though worth a look. My MKI sarted doing it when i turned up to college in the morning, drove it a bit, was on my way home at 2 oclock in the morning... and it died. Luckily i was carrying a spare battery cause i was expecting it after the mornings events. But a nightmare otherwise.

Thatcham Cat 2 is an immobiliser.

you might as well stick with 6x4's in the back if your getting a sub, itll sound better. I have a set of MB Quart DKD164's in mine i got for £50. They're two ways and sound excellent for what they are. I also have 6" components up front (Focal 165 V2's) which help with bass no end!!! I did at one point have 2 way MB Quart 6x9's that sounded awesome in my golf, but just ok in my corrado... :? Cant remember the model but the won all the tests a few years back. Hope this helps.

Newcorradoowner has a 1.8 16v with no front speakers either.... Surely its previous owners ripping them out though?
-

Correct!!! Well, for my liking anyway, but i set my seat to its lowest for my back and its not that much higher, if i set my STD. seat up a bit, they'd of been a good fit. I initially thought that but i've been studying as much pics as i can find and i dont think there is much difference in height. I think i was in a Corrado with Recaros and remember that they didn't goo as low as STD. seats too. :S - could be wrong tho. Well this is it Glen, at least i can say i did it! These arent really too high, they're just too high for my liking, higher than STD can go. Because i did strip down my Corrado seat and weld them onto the subframes after cutting off a section of the Recaro too. So like Ess Three says, to get them lower, a rework as needed. Hans G60.nl, Think they may of made it into an astra too, but these are Ford Fiesta versions. Same as MKII golf seats bar the Ford ones have the extension that slides out to support your legs. From the pics i've seen, they are the same except the headrest to RS2's too. The Recaro headrest on the seats i have are also a better match for the rear headrests in my opinion.
