  1. ahh.. I didnt know BBS did the RC in 16" but DO IT they look ace on a corrado and better than a rallye too
  2. every corrado owner requires a second job!!! I got a Genny 5 channel cause im uber fussy like that as i dont want to lose power to my MB Quart 6x4's even tho there faded out so much i cant hear em  But the internal amp on my JVC 909R can be switched off to lower heat genration and there fore increase (in theory) sound quality. thus why i went for the 5ch. but they retail at £750... like Kev says, hunt classified sections!! Tho TBH, my girlfriends car has and oldish Alpine V12 4 channel, and its pretty damn mental. I think its rated at 40w per ch RMS but its actually got about 56 proven from the factory on a signed certificate. its spot on for what it does and sounds better than i could ever imagine. put it this way, on this set up, her single 12 goes as loud as my mates 2 12's on seperate (i think) amps. Id recommend one in a hsot and can be picked up for around 100 notes second hand. model number MRV F407 i think. bloody ace wee thing.
  3. Got to admit, tho it looks boring from the initial pics, the above pic is promising as the paint finish look proper mental!!!! and i guess thats what there all about. ill refrain from judging til i see better pic..
  4. Rustynuts, you talking aboutt he wheels ont he golf in yer sig? Cause there not RC's... in fact, are the even BBS ? could be lensos'
  5. no one does a 10mm hub centric???
  6. Thhats bloody cool :) Persume the single 11" will need a muh bigger box tho. THat really doesnt look very big at all
  7. replace cables, - its just merely the loom attatched to the fog lights, from memory, you have to whip out the old one and wire in the new one. dead easy tho i had to cut my old one to get it out. and the panel, you dont have to cut it really no. you'll see what i mean when you come to do it but its basically like a lil plate kind of bonded in with sealant. 5 minutes of hiting it with something hard then trimming some with a stanley knife sees it out no problem.] heres some comparison pics so you can see the difference. Minky stinky old lights. gads. http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/download.php?id=8469 new shiney and bright flsuh fitting modern lights. ooh purty. http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/download.php?id=8477 close up of just how well the lights look a better match for the headlights and are way more in keeping with the whole car. http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/download.php?id=1880
  8. Nice car :) I dont think it would suit black centres on them wheels. colour coding the centres would look quite cool, but i quite like em silver. or fully polished. now that would look sweet. I actually sis a chop of one ages agoo... here it is... :)
  9. still unfortunatly looks rubbish tho.... The late lights are a piece of... its been donkeys since i did them but here goes... remove old units. break out plastic panel on bumper replace cables remove lil grommet at numberplate side of recess fit new lights. from memory it is that easy. takes about half an hour if your quick about it and makes your dub look way fresher, really you wont belive the difference it makes and compliments a new grille for 25 quid from GPC HTH
  10. like dinkus says, your holding the nozzle wrong, you have to get the right angle and pull it out a bit so it kind of rests on a notch. will work fine then
  11. funny, i showed you them AGES ago. Jims, love the rims :D
  12. Dyno figures. pah. differs from road to road.
  13. is there still a set of red/clear left ?
  14. PhatVR6, guess you'll just have to try and out do him in more ways than one eh? Tho i cant for one, seee anyone ever beating that interior. for me, always been the best thing about the car.
  15. yeah Lee, early switches fit later cars. its probably a cheap fix from an ex pwner if it wasnt you.
  16. i wanna see how he's gonna incorporate the mk4 golf headlamp washers into the bumpers!!! :lol::lol:

    Carbon Facia

how do you mean, spray it brushed alloy? do you mean paint it silver then
  18. Caps are for peopele whos headlights etc dim a lil bit when their systems are turned up large amounts. a genesis amp is more than capable of making your ears bleed and depending on the car and the load your makig it pull, theres a very good possibility that a capacitor would be required to even out the incoming power supply to make the whole thing work better.
  19. too hot, funny you should mention that amte, theres a aset for sale on http://www.eastsidevw.co.uk 8)
  20. Bally.... they aint your cars mate..... unless you have something to tell us amte :lol::lol:
  21. You know what they might work out for prices as im tempted by the next range up from Polyglas the K2Power's, 165 K2P to be exact and a matching 11" sub as i tihnk itll be more in keeping with the amp. i can throw my polyglas to the GF to replace her Access speakers. but would adioscape be able to cut a similar deal on this range or just the Polyglas ?

    Carbon Facia

facia... hmm not sure on that, carbon never looks too good on tiny areas and theres not alot of facia to cover. i was meant ot have my glovebox done by now but never got round to doing it, tho will when i do my dash swap. i love the mirrors tho. as for facias i always wanted to get a custome metal one mate in like a brushed alloy, say from a laser cutter or something, but its quite a tricky piece to do
