    Motorway @ 60-70MPH i get 30-35MPG @70+ = 25-32MPG Round town = 14-20MPG Putting my foot down = never above 14MPG had it as low as 12MPG Like any car it depends upon how you drive it and the driving conditions, like being stuck in traffic.

    Fair play mate!!! Its great to get away for a bit and there is nothing better to do it in that a Corrado IMHO!

    The whole of Germany is in a bad state job wise! 5m out of work! was watching BBC NEWS 24 last night and they were in a town that had a population of 70k 2 years ago.........................20k now!!!!!!!!! People moving to find jobs.

    TBH im not too sure the G60 uses much more petrol than the 1.8 16V, im sure many G60 owners will be able to correct me if i am wrong here. The 1.8 16V is a cracking engine, had it in my MK2 golf GTi!! TomB is right about looking in here for a car, some great motors pop up now and again! like: http://www.the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=21592 although now sold i think the 2k he was asking was well worth it!

    diggerbucket, There are no more than 40 storms left!!!!! i will keep saying this to push the price up of mine! If anyone can prove otherwise go for it! let me know!

    I think people looking for Corrados.......................are looking for Corrados! what i mean by this is, i dont thing you will get someone looking through car adds and coming across a Corrado and thinking "hummm i like" i think people go looking for them! Anyway my point is, if we all start charging OTT someone will pay!!!!! Greedy me!!!

Deffo not a Storm if its 93 Dinkus - Fairly common is not a set of words that should be put with STORM :-) Back to topic, scope hay.................... maybe it comes with a sniper! or it may have formerly been called the "Corrado Spastic Society" and they changed the name to "scope" when the shop did!

    A true classic??? For a good while now a lot of us have been saying that the corrado is either a classic/classic waiting in the wings or something to that effect. What in your view makes the corrado a true classic? And if we are going to call it a classic what “Classic” range do we put it in? for example the original ford mustang, Is widely accepted as a true classic………………… does the corrado get put in with that?????? Or with something like the MK1 GTi??

    Dont get rid of it, in 50 years time leave it to your children then sell it back to VW when their storm gets stolen!

    Some guy converted the front end of his rado to look like a MK4, looked crap IMO Also IMO the front of the rado is one of the best parts and should not be changed too much.
