  1. Also... For the fronts i just used a big G clamp and the old pad to push the piston back in...for the rears you need a special tool though. the hardest part will be bleeding the brakes again as i understand...i think it can be a bit complicated if you dont do it in the exact right order... i have tried to ask about bleeding brakes before but got so many different replies about ezbleed systems, ignition on, engine on, DONT DO IT YOU'LL SHAG THE SYSTEM, its easy i could do it with eyes closed...type comments i kinda gave up asking
  2. front you need golf vr6 discs 288 mm disc - 3A0615301A (obviously u need 2 of these) pads - 8N0698151 those are the VW numbers they all fit under the 15" speedlines or solitudes infact the fronts actually a designed different to the corrado ones so there is actually more space between the face of the caliper and the inside of the spoke
  3. you mean the intercooler?? thats not TOO bad i guess...but the huge eyebrow, bonnet vents, single wiper??? why? i like the cuts in the wing though
  4. i think with styling that radical your gonna get quite a few negative comments... personally i dont think it looks right but if your happy then its all that matters. cant argue with the engine though
  5. mmmmmmmmmmmmm intersting...i like the...............colour?? :? seriously though....the bonnet on the corrado doesnt seem to shut properly?
  6. im thinking i'll just go for a dark colour now....maybe a dark green like someone suggested.....or black so i look like vr6storm  just need to get that other bloody calliper out of corradostorms car now
  7. kevvv, welcome... not sure about linkages to be honest...although my gear change feels notchy from 1st to 2nd. you could try cowley rd garage...there all ex vw mechanics and are very good (although i havent actually used them to carry out any work myself) where in cambs do you normally drive? give us a wave (was gonna say flash but thats just wrong)
  8. i prefer dan's to the ZW1's but both are very very nice wheels i prefer them to any of those bbs im affraid
  9. kevvv, welcome... stealth is about 2hrs away! as is JMR but in the other direction. cowley rd garage are pretty good have i seen you around cambs then??
  10. if your in sussex area why dont you give JMR a ring. he is very knowledgeable about the corrado...worked for VW when it was released and now works for an indapendant / his own company. be closer than taking it to stealth...i cant comment on if he is as good as stealth though as i havent been to stealth myself JMR 07974 020031
