  5. if its got a buldge in the hose then it wont be helping , could also be a tired master or slave or needs bleeding , or just a tired gearbox

  13. if you get a shifter from a ibiza 20v its already polo spec so no need to buy those extra parts

  21. mine was on a g60 golf , it sounded horrible and had a really bad droan right around motorway cruise speeds we all have differant ideas on whats good and bad so maybe see if another g60 rado owner can let you listen , id say it was almost unbearable and very chavvy /boy racer sounding , but i bet an 18 year old would love it i think the g60s do sound alot deeper /prone to droaning more than the others
  22. sorry , i mean the mk2 golf jetex has a massive dent where the exhaust hoops over the rear beam
  23. is the jetex dented in like on the mk2 ones ? id stick with supersprint , theyre good stuff
  24. no you replace it all with the more modern gear , all the way from gearstick to the tower whatver you do it you wont get it as nice as the o2j stuff
  25. £50 -100 would get you a o2j mk4 era tower /cables &bracket/shifter which is way way better than what the cars came with , self ajusting too and short shifters available if you want them id tried re bushing and fitting late mk3 parts , but the o2j stuff really is worth doing cupra 20vt or big block polos have the correct housing to bolt straight in , no mods
