    corrado parts

Yeah that's fine mate. Don't mind having to give them a bit of a clean, more important that they don't leak and the adjuster collars are not seized. Paisley Freight are usually quite well priced for these kind of parts. Cheers mate

Interested in the coilovers, can you do a price posted? All fully working? Any leaks etc? Cheers
  4. Don't think anybodys offended mate, be a bit worrying if people were getting offended by people posting their opinions on a message board! I'm not having a go at anybody at all, the people on this board are probably the most welcoming, friendly and helpful of any car community I've come across. It can sometimes come across as maybe A little po faced and precious on here sometimes. Again, that's just my opinion, doesn't mean I'm right in any way. Live and let live is my outlook on things.
  5. Not in the slightest bud, just a different opinion to your good self.
  6. I'm an enthusiast too, but I wouldn't dream of passing judgement on who should or shouldn't buy the type of car I am an enthusiast about. Stinks of elitism in my opinion.
  7. "too many being bought by people who cannot afford to invest in there upkeep." Ha ha, have you heard yourself?! Pompous doesn't even begin to describe that kind of attitude.
  8. I managed to get some 5.25" JBL components from a car audio shop on eBay, only £29.99. Pretty decent sound quality and construction, especially at that price. Chris
  9. I'd love it, but it's just the wrong time of the year for me. Other half is saving up to buy me a leather interior for Christmas
  10. Nice one, I'll give them a ring and arrange to go up and see him. ---------- Post added at 12:38 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:19 PM ---------- Cheers VAG, I'll have a look into that one too.
  11. Thanks, have you had work done by them? What are they like price wise? Cheers
  12. Anybody have any garage recommendations for doing some welding and repair work, ideally in the West Yorkshire area. There's a hole in the bodywork in front of the passenger side rear arch, it's been repaired (badly) at some time in the past, using fibreglass and filler. Hoping I can get away with a plate welded in to cover the hole and some paint, rather than having to cut a panel of somebody's breaker. Cheers
  13. As interesting as the Corrado is, it's definitely not show quality, it's only my daily runaround so I'll be definitely seeking a parking space away from the show!!
  14. I'm not too far away so might pop down for a look around. Is it just pay on the gate on Sunday? Any idea of the parking situation?
  15. I'll pass on the rear lights mate, looking for them to be a little more red. Cheers anyway.
  16. Interested in the rear lights mate, any pictures? Cheers
  17. Can you stick some pictures of the leather up? Cheers
  18. I think a carbon fibre gear knob, same shape as the original may look good?
  19. Big thanks to Purple Tom, sorted me a throttle body for my 8v and also some extra spares for the future when it inevitably breaks again. Excellent price and delivery, much appreciated.
  20. clumpy, is there a particular reason why you come off as aggressive in pretty much every thread you contribute to?! Maybe you should learn to count to 10 before posting.

    Throttle Body For 8v

Sounds absolutely spot on mate, pm me your PayPal details and I'll send it straight over. Do you have any other parts from the ADY? I'm possibly looking for relay 30 and relay 167, also coolant temp sensor, possibly need the Hitachi MAF too. Cheers
  22. I'd say definitely crank sensor, I had exactly the same problem, only ever happened when warm/hot. New crank sensor sorted it, hasn't come back since changing it.
