    Darrrr my bad of course... 2.0 l 16v ....have looked at suppliers of hoses etc but unsure of tolerances and the like do you think Main dealer are still worth a try ?? Cheers Fella

    Hi guys and Girls I am on the look out for a replacement braided hose that runs from the top of the expansion tank to the top of the radiator mine is defo in need of replacement any ideas would be much appreciated. As delicately prompted its a 2.0 litre Valver (doe) Regards Bones:geek:

    WD tried and tested ?? Never had a problem ... Chemically WD runs off overtime anyway and ultimately it's only being used as a stop ..essentially is over 50% solvent in any case. Plenty good enough for missile production 🙊 The panels are going to be stripped and prepared in the end imho I've never had a problem spraying a panel afterwards. Just my experience no big E Bones

    WD40 and cling film never fails ... Also super good for restoring the gloss shine to black bumpers etc.. Soaking wet with WD then cling film all round and upside down. Bones 💀

    Just seen one on e bay buy it now £9 ?? There are a few on there .. Plus a few mk2 golf ones which are direct replacements. Bones
