Best thread in a while. Got to admire his ingenuity... You win some you lose some. Maybe offer bacon to sweeten the deal next time
-
Evening Paul. Broke it yet?
-
I'll check in my box of bits. May still be one in there.
-
Pulley from eBay or similar. Then get a map from SNS tuning The map is the important part
-
Pm please with prices
-
As the title says. I need both brackets that the power steering pump bolts to. Pm me with what you have.
-
It's a carbon wrapped one. Only ever found early bonnets that were wrapped until now. Quite like the look now with the tinted lights... Looks very stealth.
-
Swapped bonnets with a friend. 2 G60s on the same drive... Rare sight indeed
-
Not done anything to the car in a long time except drive it. A friend bought a G60 the other day and wanted a painted bonnet to match the car instead of a carbon wrapped one... An hour or so of swearing at both cars and I now have this.

A lot of the work is either elbow grease to polish parts up, or custom made covers to suit different people's taste.
-
All the jobs are pretty straight forward. Couple of hours to change a wishbone being the longest. If bolts aren't seized. I would get it looked at to be sure the correct part gets changed. Are you running wide wheels? This can cause the same. Or a loose power steering belt. Many things to consider
-
I had this issue about 6 months ago. The bolts holding the ball joint into the wishbone had worked loose. I would also check the condition of the ball joints and wishbone bushes as if they're worn it could have the same effect
-
I love these wheels. Had a set of 9x16 all round, definitely gave it some stance. If they're et15 which is the most common I've found beware of scrubbing on the rear
-
I'm fine with that. When you turn it by hand and look in the inlet and outlet does the displacer look intact?
-
If he doesn't take the charger ill have it at the end of the month.
-
My chargers are in varying stages of rebuild and porting at the moment. I change them every 3 months to be safe.
-
There were 4 or 5 on eBay last week. Just your luck they've now gone!
-
There are a few stage 4 ones kicking around for that price.
-
I would recon £400-450 is a decent figure
-
Mini meet sounds good. I'm sure I can muster 5 or 6 other rados
-
The internal set of scrolls
-
I'm game for that. Was a long day, I will get a readout this time as I've sorted my piping issues
-
I would get your charger checked. The belt times the eccentric rotation of the internals. Usually when it breaks there is damage to the scrolls in the charger.
