Well the electric seats loom is a piece of cake, so i wouldnt be worried about making it look to original, my one was just the wires going from the red connector on the back of the fuse box and the brown earthing panel. my one was individually wrapped too. not too sure about the heated seats bit as they need to go to the dash for the buttons

this last few months has beeen bad for corrado's in general! Seriously hard luck! as for the dd, it willmake many many people thinkbefore they get into a car the morning after!
-
yip, i cant stop, well no matter how hard the bank tries to stop me!!! but seriously, i am into subtle things, i want the exterior standard, but the brakes and chassis and engine will look fairly standard but will be better and then......................who knows

i word......Germans

yeah we changed the blue temp snesor yeterday, i rekon its the probe loom, so i will get him to make up a new loom with a new probe. the only worry i had was that it might be injectors sticking, but i since heard that the problem only really materialises once the car gets up to temp, its like a choke being stuck on. i mailed on your post to him, he is out working on the car on his lunch break now

Henny, thats what i was thinking, just wanted to run it by G60 people! Yeah it is indicating a lean running car and in fact running mad rich! am i right in thinking that if the lamda loom is unpluged the ecu will default to a basic value? this should improve the car right?

a mate has a g60, its got a jabba r1 charger, 68mm pelley and chip, cam, big valve head. Its running standard injectors he has a serious over fueling issue, its drinking it! he has an air fuel guage in it and its reading lean all the time When he disconnects the blue temp sensor it seems to run a bit better, that is the ecu in limp mode right? I am thinking it has a dodgy lamda probe since it runnes better when its up the revs and using more fuel but its is putting out about 220 bhp, what is the upper limit on standard injectors? What i have thought is that either the injectors are stuck open or the lamda any input greatly helped thanks

there were 2 4 wd corrado limited's from what i hear they are both dead same engine and running gear as the golf limited, which mk1 sc has one of if you notice the corrado has the higher tunnel of the rallye and syncro golf's which will accomodate the prop shaft but the yellow car.... :pukeright:

hmm, i like, timee to ring the bank, i think anyone want to buy a mk2 16v now?

Hi guys, i have a few questions, i am considering a rallye as a second car. i have seen a few around the 5k euro price and am wondering where people would recomend to buy them from and what sort of money too. thanks
-
another question for the knowlegable masses is there a vw 4 stud 15 inch space saver? all i have come accross is the 14's not 15's

-
i saw an sl65 AMG a week or so back they are a beauty i want one, the brakes are just insane
-
i was thinking tyre weld also and a space saver to be sure
-
yeah thats what i was thinking, but wasnt sure, thanks i dont want a 16" spare taking up my boot
-
I think a few of us from Ireland are considering the trip too, prob only about 5 or 6 cars
-
just to be different, my car has the early bumper, any way of determining wheather the wings are early or late?
-
Now it has a rallye front mounted intercooler, total difference!!! i was only getting 5-6psi of boost, thought the charger was screwed, but the silencer box was now i am getting 11psi ish and the car is hugely differentm pulls so much better i needed to "modify" the front towing eye to accomodate the intake pipe for the intercooler, but with a litttle welding up it will be ine again. a nice FMIC is a really good investment for any g60, i am convinced anyway
-
right i have a 92 g60, the late bonnet model, i am just wondering if it has the same wings as the later models, say a 94 vr6 or as an earlier model wings. the car had a prang a while back and i just want to tidy it all up now i realise this is probably a bimbo question but all help is appreciated!
-
yeah i would be looking at the wishbone bushes

Savage looking conversion Phat! congrats and go 4wd now, you wont want to rip out the boot next year, but doing it now will get it out of the way
