  1. ooooooh can you send me some pictures over with a price!
  2. you cant even hear mine on tick over, and when driving you can hear the sound of the air being sucked through the induction pipe over anything else. and i guess you could say i have a high tolerance tbh it feels weird when i drive a non lowered car now. haha. and they are only 16" ;) tbh your looks stunning whatever the weather so you cant really go wrong. mine seems to be just as good on fuel on low revs and long journeys and thats with cams big injectors ss manfold and a 3 inch straight trough so no idea why yours is so bad. agree with the idle and stuff though, mine runs smoother than ever. cant wait to see you corrado in the flesh, think i might try steal it!
  3. yeeeeeeeeeeer, insuuurance :scratch: its funny you say that man, mines still extremely easy to drive nice and calmly, and is still really good on fuel when your not caining it.
  4. yer i agree maybe consider a possible r32 swap man, or just put a block of wood under the pedal? one things for sure if you sell your charger kit you will have alot of money for wheels and other oem goodies. Just do what makes you happy man! you could always buy a cheap mk3 vr6 slap your charger on that and have a savage tracky car then the rado as a cruiser. who knows!

    Any Good ???

first one looks awful, cheap and doesn't look like it will fit the rado. The K&N is top quality, but you have the issue of it just sucking in hot air front the engine bay, making and gains questionable. The mains ones to go for are the heat shielded ones. Eg. The pipercross viper (see build for pics when mine was fitted) http://www.essexstyling.com/pipercross-pipercross-viper-induction-volkswagen-corrado-p-22528.html The most popular among VR6 heads the BMC CDA http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMC-CDA-Induction-Kit-VW-GOLF-III-2-8-I-VR6-/280518335181?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4150321acd Or for a fraction of the rest, the cheapest option is the Ram Air equivalent at only £60-70 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RAMAIR-VW-Golf-MK3-VR6-2-8-2-9-Cold-Air-Filter-Maxflow-Nero-Induction-Kit-CAI-/350630182162?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item51a32ffd12 if they still seem abit above budget i recomend a good quality panel filter replacement! K&N or the Green cotton ones i have heard good things about! sound!
  6. Thanks chaps, thats a great help. I did want the eibach one but i cant seem to find an eibach rear upper strut brace, and i realy want front and rear to be matching brands. So im thinking OMP, what you think?
  7. whats your name on there mate? following everyone else!
  8. Love your car man! Mine is ejtaylor22 for any who care.
  9. i posted this exact thread with no succes a few days a go. will follow you all! PEACE!
  10. ah, yes, i see your point, since the charger im now thinking of ways to get more traction, do you agree with the snaller wheel thicker tyre more grip theory? im thinking of going doin a similar route to you soon, 15x8s would be sweet!
  11. There is alot more on the market where front strut braces are concerned for the mk2 mk3 golf, the corrado ones seem to be limited to that (unkown brand) alloy looking one, does any one know if the mk2 one would fit the front struts? as i have seen a corrado one for sale listed as "corrado mk2 golf strut brace" has anyone done this before? im half tempted to buy the mk2 and mk3 golf ones and just see if they fit and sell them on if they dont. any information would be greatly appreciated!
