I don't really like the kit to be honest, when I bought the car I wasn't interested in the kit, the car underneith is what I was after.. Black, all extras bar xenons, black, 33k miles.. for well under 9k.. I think the front and rear valace looks a little ott and the side skirts are not right... I like the grill and spoiler and the back box is ok too but I will sell it as a complete kit.. When I get the car I'll take it all off and wack it on ebay as a kit... It was a lot of money when it was new and Awesome Gti sell the kit for about 1k! and thats not painted and fitted.. I have the whole kit + the rear ABT SS back box as well. Not sure how much I should sell mine for though. Its not damaged at all and there are few stone chips, although someone would prob re-spray it to match their car.. I'll see how much interest I get and draw a price up from that. Still open to offers from this forum btw! Going to re-furb the wheels and get shot of those as well I think, they are very nice wheels and well expensive new, like £400 each without tyres!! but the car is going to be in london so prob will put some standard wheels back on..... Insurance isn't too bad at the moment. Just transfered it over from my old mk3 tdi and it went up 100 quid (with wheels declared), but that was too fully comp from TPFT as well.. BUT thats under my parents address in Norfolk so I need to change to my address london which might put it up a bit more...hopefully not too much.

To be honest Jay its got nearly all the extras a mk4 can have, xenon's would be a nice upgrade if you have them fitted to your 4motion? Oh! lower rear standard valace and your rear back box if its standard?? Maybe a few other bits un pieces! I'll ring you...

I'm not a fan of it, I like the roof spoiler and the grill but everything else is going.. i.e Side skirts Front splitter Rear valace and perhaps rear back box as well.. (if anyones interested PM me)

Didn't drive the focus, is it any good? I was really looking for a 130 tdi Golf but this one came up first so I grabbed it as it was a really good deal :wink:

The new member of the family.... After sitting down and having a one to one chat with my self I decided to bite the bullit, take a loan out and get a daily driver. The aim of the corrado project has taken a bit of a different direction over the last couple of years and has become less and less of a daily driver and more and more a track/show/summer weapon! Therefore a few months of looking I bought this this morning! Mk4 Golf Tdi 115bhp (for now :lol: ) Black Full black leather Heated seats Electric and heated mirrors ABS/ESP etc Climate control Cruise control Head lamp washers Full dealer fitted ABT body kit (soon to go if anyones interested) + ABT 17x8 wheels (all for a reported £2.5k extra on new price apparently!) Alpine remote MP3/CD head unit chucked in for good measure... and this is the best bit - 33k genuine miles on the clock 8)

Hi all, I'm looking at a Golf mk4 tdi 115bhp tomorrow and wanted to ask if VW ever did a special edition ABT kit for them as the owner is telling me that it came from factory with the following: ABT 17" wheels, ABT Side skirts, ABT front splitter ABT rear lower spoiler ABT back box.... Does anyone know as I'm looking at the car tomorrow morning early! Sort of really need to know tonigh :oops: :roll: The reason I ask is to do with insurance...

Biggerbigben came about when I was setting up my first email address and I wanted Bigben as ben was already taken - suprise suprise, but someone had that too so some bright spark shouted biggerbigben and thus the name was born (was about 1996 while at school), so a while ago. Not very interesting, but the truth...

Jay, I wish the tank could hold 255L ! Would need a Petrol tanker to follow I think :wink: Guy, I'm going to look into changing the color of the lower gauges. The bulbs are clear and the dial faces obviously have a green filter, therefore what bulbs are needed to make green turn to blue... is it red? Wasn't very good at physics when I was at school.. lol

took a couple more pics.. Wiring is almost complete now! and I found my sunroof loom which was missing... its all about getting the brakes to bleed up next weekend! :(

Right time for an update... I have managed to get some of the dial wiring completed, this is probably the most boring part of the project but it needs to be done. Anyway I have got a few of the sensors connected but still have a lot to do... However they do look good in the dark...! 8)

yes it is running, but without brakes! The C was meant to be a daily driver but things have now changed :( I'm living in London at the mo and there's not a chicken's chance in thailand that I'm taking it there!! Its staying at my parents house until I can find a home for it to live in, i.e a nice garage! :oops:

right thats the first thing on my shopping list when I get the car! Followed by a re-map, but got to get the corrado finished first :oops:

tell me more! What is needed to get a 130 tdi up to 195bhp!!! ?????
