 wicked, thats the way, gotta drive em hard, no point otherwise.

yea i know, but second just wouldnt go in. according to the graph it took just over 1 and a half seconds to get it in. if it changed up properly i reckon i wouldve been up for a very good time. i got a 15.4 at the pod a couple years back, and ive done more work on the car since then

hello guys, just a quick 1, does anyone know if the black plastic flange that sits at the front of the engine ( the one that holds the cold start sensor) is the same on all 8 valve engines? so then maybe ill find someone that has one in stock as mines pissin out water thru a crack. its always hard gettin g60 specific bits as no one ever stocks them

i had weitec coilovers. (ive been through 2 sets) they are good but the ride is very hard. the last ones i had seized up so i got kw,s off darren in the summer. the car sits lower now than it did on the weitecs and the ride is much better.

so basically your looking at just under 3 grand, and there maybe some other bits you need along the way that will shoot the £££ up. things like a new clutch, and do you know if this engine from vw comes complete or is it just a block with pistons in? another option, get a second hand engine and have some work done-3.0 vr :norty: :norty:

If your near london id recomend Torque Exhausts 020 8805 9995. Theyre based in enfield in north london and unlike powerflow they use the top 3-04 grade stainless steel which doesnt rust on the inside (like other cheaper grades) and every single system they make is completely customised to your requirements. They do all our performance cars for us, anything from a golf to a custom corvette to a ferrari. Tony or Simon are the ones to speak to. tell em i sent you.
