henny you are quite right. according to steve i got the later chip which is why he didnt fit the regulator in the first place. you know, i luv this forum, if it wasnt for you lot id still be getting nowhere with jabbapoop!

my old boss had a 993 RUF pushin out over 600bhp. awesome, awesome cars!!
-
yeah, i just did that and he said exactly the same thing you did so ill be scrapping that idea. cheers for the advice anyway joe.

the car seems like it needs more fuel since i fitted the red injectors, rallye cooler and 65mm pulley. it has got good pressure but seeing as its got an sns chip from pitstop i think the regulator will benefit the engine

yeah im waiting on the guys for this. i cant run max power cos my boost was bleeding down to about 11 psi. the timing was retarded slightly to stop it but i need to advance it up again. im becoming a bit of a power junkie. when i bought the car the isv was blocked off and the car did seem to run fine although it idled on 800, it was pretty standard engine wise then though. what i dont understand is why did vw make the g60 like this but the g40 engine dumps more fuel instead of bleeding.

my sister got em. dont know how though, dont even know why, a mini and a bentley look the same to her :?

HA, SNAP! the joys of corrado ownership eh? instead look out for a green metro with a small photo of my corrado in the back screen :) I think its Dipesh i dealt with. dont talk much does he, seems alright though
-
you know the slip road with all the leather sofa shops? im at the top of that. you got any pics of your car? i mustve seen it around, i got eagle eye when it comes to spotting corrados. pricewise their not bad, £160 to change timing belt, tensioner bearing, power steering belt and charger belt on a g60. havent compared them to anywhere else cos i usually do everything myself just didnt have the time then.

ive had mine there twice before as theyre within walking distance from work. they know their way round a VW so you shouldnt have any probs there
