yeah you can keep the gaitor, once you get the gearknob off youll see the metal clip/ring on the inside of the gearknob that holds the gaitor on

it just unscrews mate, then it comes off complete with the gear surround which you remove by opening the clip on the inside where the gator joins on the gear knob

speaking of pvw, im yet to see DSP's corrado roadster which was supposed to be featured a couple months ago. i only bought the magazine for that feature and it wasnt even in there. i love that car, it looks so horny

sounds like the cam belt tensioner to me andy, i had the exact same symptoms on mine. a whine for the first minute or 2 of driving when cold, then it dissapears. get it changed soon or it will eventually start whining all the time, not to mention the stress it puts on the timing belt :wink:

i hate tooting my own horn and even though theres others which clearly deserve this honour more, i love mine cos its mine and im biased :) seriously though, the true best in my opinion isnt there. when biggerbigbens is finished, it will be the ultimate, hands down! -

this is how it looks on my bunch size wise and they are quite good quality, solid not hollow. been cast from a wooden mould i think using that sand thats got oil in it and melted metal poured in where the wooden mould was(hope someone knows what im on about, made paper weights in school using this method) very cool finishing touch for your keys! -
if its out of the two id say r32 blue but check out the audi mineral grey. that colur would look wicked on a C!

mines quite low and i love the way it looks, BUT it does piss me off cos it is very very bumpy, even on the motorway. the only roads it likes is flat roads, and i mean completely flat. my car thinks the m25 is too bumpy, same with the m1. i got weitec coilovers on it so maybe thats why as theyre a really hard setup.
