For those that don't get their brackets in the next few days I'm afraid you'll have to wait a little longer as I'm due a well earned break for a week, apologies for this. Dave

Well it was touch and go whether I would be attending, the car developed a worrying clunking noise a few weeks back when steering and when pulling off and stopping. Finally found time this morning to get the car up, invest in some torque wrenches and go round checking all mounting bolts underneath for just about everything. The only problem I found was a loose lower strut bolt on the driver side. Took it out for a run and it seems I may have fixed the problem so I will be attending tomorrow.

Yes, £15 posted as it will have to be large parcel, don't want to damage it by bending it too much.

Hi all, I've started to post these out today. Please bear in mind that these are NOT fully polished in case you were expecting them to be, it's just the leg that is polished as this is the only part that is visible. Thanks

Sounds like you might need to make some adjustments at the gearbox end. You can adjust both cables at that end.
-
Ahh that's crap Andy, hope it doesn't cost too much to get fixed.
-
Price reduced to £60.

Yes that's right, no other way of getting it out, unless someone has found another way. When you press the bush into the cable end ring, apply a bit of washing up liquid as it can be a bit tight and there is a raised section on the bush that sits in the pointed part of the end ring, if that makes any sense?

Just to add I will be heading up to the Lake District this Friday so I could drop it off for any Northerners either East or West.
-
