the majority of the vr owners are wimps? that must be it! My sump scares the **** out of me. Mine is probably about 40-50mm lowered and smashed a sump on normal roads, and the shocks are wound up to hard. Maybe it's bad luck, maybe all the low vr's just aint driven as hard mine... ill take a pic of my sump tomorrow

first i would get toms car by the side of yours and take measurment, distance from the strut tower to the bulkhead and compare it with toms, and so on..then you would know if it done any major damage,i know it wont be exact but it will give you a good idea -
you could take your car back to powerflow and get them to make it quieter, would be cheaper than buying a new exhaust system
-
ive heard loads of good comments about star performance, not sure where in scotland they are based though
-
and no around where i live they are putting up solar panels with a display telling you to slow down and ones warning you of s bends etc..much better deterant than speed cameras,as far as the government are concerned,as soon as some one gets in a car they are a criminal

dont forget the sticker on the inner wing behind the airbox, which states the colour
-
if it was the V6 beasty then it wouldnt be so bad
-
tighten the bolt up so the splines on the wiper spindle bite into the wiper are
-
