Oooh manifolds and some semblance of an engine loom as well now. I'll have to pop over and drool again soon.

And yeah, it's a Mk2 tank. The only proper car part in there. There rest is Ford :? Ford Cosworth admittedly...

That'll be a bit quick when finished - I seem to remember a 4WD version of one of these winning a Revs magazine 0-100-0mph shoot-out...! Only got beaten by a bike ;) :)

Scruffythefirst, you're insane... (can I have a go?!? ;) )

Say what you like about the state of this country, but it's still one of only a very few where some nutter like Scruffythefirst, can buy a kit, build it and then legally put it on the road after only a few safety checks... :| Cool! 8)

I've just replaced as much as possible on mine and it does make a difference, well to me anyway. Removing the origonal stuff was like eating a plawn clacker  CRUNCHY!!!

I hope your going to use wiring loom cloth tape on your electrics I think it looks so much better but thats just me

Rest assured it'll be done properly, it may not be the best looking but it'll be the best performing available.

URGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

what a day. Did some stuff to it last week then changed my mind and spent all day ripping panels off that I glued down 3 months ago. Still should hopefully be a bit more user friendly and shiny when Its all back together again. Pics to follow if I can be arsed.

2wd, 4wd is an order of magnitude more complicated and expensive and theres no room inthe engine bay as it is. Hairy in the wet? You must be mad, its not going anywhere near the wet :D

I'll put the pics up at the close of play today
