Kevin Bacon 5 Posted April 6, 2005 Yep, a total scam.....go along with it for a laugh though and use equally poor English in your reply and start suggesting using a friend's bank account under the name of Smith etc and they'll think they're scamming a scammer! Henny 0 Posted April 6, 2005 if they type that badly, they wouldn't even get a reply from me...
RACK 0 Posted April 6, 2005 Wasn't there a bloke who put up all the replies he sent back to these kind of scammers? There was a thread on here I think?
randal 0 Posted April 6, 2005 There was a good article on the BBC news webby about Phishing the Phishers. "The Church of the Painted Left Breast" springs to mind! randal

G60Jet 1 Posted April 6, 2005 no no reply saying to register interest for this car will cost you £100 cash, then see what happens.
Tom_VR6 0 Posted April 6, 2005 Forget about the bad English, @yahoo email address (might as well be @im_a_scammer) and the most likely fake name, I woudnt sell my car on the pure principle of them clearly not knowing anything about it - "let me know maybe it using dessle or petrol".
