Wipers... er... not wiping!!!

Recommended Posts

Hi all, anyone out there got wipers that actually clear the windscreen?!! Mine don't seem to make very good contact, I've tried new blades but makes no difference. Is there anything I can do to make them better? (New springs maybe = better pressure?)

cheers,

Robbo

I'd recommend the Lupo GTI wipers.

They make an excellent improvement.

Bit more expensive than the Dremel fix though :)

Fit the arms and fancy wipers from a Lupo GTI as per this thread....

These wipers will actually apply some pressure to the windscreen, unlike the the original underengineered ones.

Then you'll see clearly as you fly up the M1 Lurgan-bound at 120 in the rain marksvr6. :D :D

Has anyone tried non-GTi Lupo blades? I'm not keen on the design of the Lupo GTi blade, so was wondering if any old Lupo blade will work on those arms?
