Thought it was quite funny when I got up this morning, went outside and found my car surrounded by vw's!

 

 

Left to right:- Polo mk3 (housemates), Golf mk2 (mine), Corrado (mine), Golf mk4 (next doors), Polo mk4 (no ideas)

 

Is this a popular scene across the entire country i wonder??

Similar outside my girlfriends parents house, normally if im there and her sis with boyfriend. Theres a T4 on the drive, a 25 camper on the drive, my girlfriends lupo SE on the drive, my VR parked at the top of the drive with the her sister boyfriends touran behind mine.

 

Passers by or neighbours must know we like the veedubs :lol:

I do find that's the case sometimes - I remember being parked in a row of 5 VWs. Safety in numbers - and usually people with nice motors in good condition park next to the same as they wanna minimise the risk of being bumped.

In its own garage, protected from the crap weather we've had lately!

 

The garage is right outside my flat - and when I park my car out the front of the flat, its about 20ft from my bedroom window :D

At my Moms house i have a sign on the wall saying 'VW Parking Only-All others will be crushed!' I come from a VW mad house hold. Mom had a Polo, Bro had a Mk2 Golf, then Mk4 Golf Turbo, then his Rad G60 and ofcourse my VR6 Rad and my Mk1 Golf GTI. Now im living with my boy friend in a flat so i park next to his Vdub. When out and about i tend to park next to the smartest looking car, preferably of the VW kind :lol:

Mine are all tucked up in garages, far far away from the daily hacks that litter up the road I live in :-) Only possible exception is the neighbour's Scooby Legacy with personal plate and nice-looking alloys.

i park my corrado next to my golf which is in turn parked next to another corrado owned by the guy who lives in the flat next to me!

Dont corrados look good in a garage :D I park mine in my garage every night regardless of weather. I used to park it outside my ex gf's at the side of the road and i didnt like it!

I dont do it in public car parks at all as it annoys me as well but my work car park is huge and never even close to full so i park at the back out the way. But people still come and park next to me for some reason :x so i take up 2 spaces :D

yup, i hate that too. this is how my cars at looking at this very moment (sorry they are a bit dirty) but look at the shameful parking of the red escort. well over next to my corrado. worst thing is he usually has a passenger with him, and i havent moved the corrado in days. so theres probably a big dent in my door now.....the air was blue when i saw that yesterday, F*cking cnut!!

EDIT: I also Drive in the middle lane of the Motorway only! Use diabled/ Child and Parent spaces, and never use my indicators.....

obviously the guy with the escort had a similar thought, so he took half of my parking space too!! he's going to be needing the extra space on his side though, so he can can climb out of his new wheelchair straight into his car :mad:
