Kempy 0 Posted May 29, 2009 more pics, no more mods except smoothed rear boot recess with boot poop functionality  at last, but they're coming slowly
voo51 0 Posted May 30, 2009 That is exactly the problem I had with my arches and wheels and I chose to have major rear arch work. If you do manage to just drill the rear disks then apparently flaring the arches will do the job. Wheels are really nice. :) Love the smoothed key recess and boot opening from the key! Kempy 0 Posted May 30, 2009 I was thinking beetle front disks drilled to 5x130 with some modified bearing possibly. Ive seen it on a mk1 cabby a while back somebody had a really low ET

Kempy 0 Posted August 4, 2009 the recent rain is doing my car in, firstly the wiper arms are just so shocking and I can't get them right, just want to get TT fitted asap. But I think the biggest problem is the water getting in throught my sunroof :mad2: Since I managed to brake my roof the rain water just gets in and its just really wet. Not having it in a garage sucks and I think I should get a new daily driver once money allows What can I do with my sunroof to stop the moisture in the mornings after wet night :D
colinstubbs 0 Posted August 5, 2009 Do you park it at an angle at all?? Your drain hoses may well be blocked, my headliner's out I'll take a pic for you......................... 2.8l 24v Climatronic system.pdfIMG_6155 (Large).JPG[/attachment:10940jqz] IMG_6156 (Large).JPG[/attachment:10940jqz] Running some wire up the rear( !!!) or down the fronts may help. Bentley manual suggests old speedo cables, 'cause we've all got them laying about

Kempy 0 Posted November 20, 2009 had some work done this week, at a garage :nono: I was feeling lazy. I needed to replace the rear ABS sensors after I ruined them fitting shims. Whilst at the garage they done me new pads and disks 8) anyways, it appeared that it sorted the abs light as it goes out when I start it up. But it then goes on after a while driving :mad2: I will take it back to the garage next week what could make the ABS light go out then come on after a while? cheers ps what you think of the rims :luvlove:
