vw bobby 10 Posted September 12, 2013 Hi all, I just want to find out will this be legal and not? I need to run these adapters, which will be 4x100>5x120 to suit my wheels and these are the slimmest I can get, which are 20mm. My wheels are 9.5 x 16 ET24 and maybe will be will 20mm adapters. Here is a pic of them without adapters: Here is a pic with them on: Any ideas what I can do? Or shall I just get my hubs drilled for a 5th hole and run 5 or 10mm spacers? seanl82 23 Posted September 12, 2013 9.5" really is too wide. Even without adaptors its too far out. You may have got away with it by running a bit of camber and slightly wider tyres, but with the adaptors its massively out. sexybourbon 0 Posted September 12, 2013 Without adaptors adn some camber its not the worst iv ever seen You could get the hub redrilled and maybe get the back of the wheel milled down depending on the thickness of the centers Iv not heard of many people running 9.5 on a corrado , to wide imo Will ride like a bag of **** as long as your running that wide but if you can deal with it its your car ! ross k 10 Posted September 12, 2013 pretty sure the law is its illegal if the tread of the tyre is showing outside the wheel arch or if the rim protrudes more than 20mm from the edge of the arch so i would say its pretty risky and would be down to how the police are feeling thanks ross Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

vw bobby 10 Posted September 14, 2013 I have managed to solve my problem now, I noticed it had adapters on the car initially, but the guy who I bought it off did not have the right ones. So now I have ordered the right ones, which are 4x100>5x120, so will sit as the original picture was. Thanks for all the input guys and girls.
