Sean_Jaymo 0 Posted December 30, 2014 Hose clamp pliers are the name of the tool if that is what you were asking? I know draper do a set that does most. On Amazon for 40 odd quid.
KipVR 1 Posted December 30, 2014 I use these:- http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=130911681354
seanl82 23 Posted December 30, 2014 I got this type after the recommendation from Kev Bacon on the last thread, although I paid a bit more. Good tool and makes life so much easier, although still sometimes a pain for the awkward to reach ones. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B006B3PGR2/ref=mp_s_a_1_30?qid=1419924639&sr=8-30&pi=AC_SX200_QL40&dpPl=1&dpID=41uWZQ-2muL&ref=plSrch

Dox 23 Posted December 30, 2014 I just use water pump pliers. Never had a problem For years I've used mole grips, a month ago I was removing the large clip on a MK4 Golf intake pipe, the clip pinged off and dug a hole in my left hand as I manipulated the pipe off, if it had hit my teeth it would have been expensive, if it had hit my eye..................... angus.lougheed 10 Posted February 26, 2015 Wow Dox.... And I'm still using mole grips. I have not had to totally remove a hose at both ends yet. Will remember to keep hands well away.
Erallus 10 Posted August 23, 2016 Cheers for the recommendation. Just ordered the set off amazon. Can't wait to stop breaking hose clamps with Water pump pliers!
