Agreed on the pictures! Wayne - would you consent to us posting some of those pictures on the Corrado Club Facebook page?

Go for it, Jim!

:thumbleft:

Anyway

Nightmare at getting a signal there! :(

It was either the long queue where the stalls where (hold mobile in air with 2bar signal)

Or the TOP STEPS of main entrance to Stanford Hall (3 bars).

Went for the FREE 60mins guided tour of Stanford Hall.

Very interesting (deffo not for children!)

Standford Hall and 20,000(?) Acres seized by Henry VIII (?)

grandson of previous occupant bought it all back for £1000+

Current Stanford Hall was built from the ORIGINAL materials of the ORIGINAL manor house from across the river!!!

Thanks all for sticking your cars on the CCGB stand and in concours despite the atrocious weather at the start of the day (concours gang cleaning cars in pouring rain ).

First batch of pics from Stanford Hall today, Stanford Hall turned out later on in the day to offer the usual ingredients: Sunshine and heat.

Some pics of the stands:

Despite the heavy rain and mud bath to get into Stanford it turned into a really good day and even ended up with a bit of sunburn on my neck!

It was really good to catch up with folks. Some great corrados on the club stand and concours section too.

Thanks for the feedback on the Storm but I can't really take any credit for it. It's taken one mans dedication and care over the last 19 years to keep it in the condition it's in.

Cheers for the pictures of it.

Hey guys, which finish do you prefer? The rear dishes? Or front?

Front original finish on the RS.. polished gets lost against the tyre in that picture..

ChrisL.. Time to start taking some credit. Yes the car was amazingly well cared for but you now have the baton and the standard of work you have done to continue the overall quality of the car is second to none..

Fronts for me.

I Don't like to criticise other people's cars but was checking this out on Sunday and the rears just look a bit too much. Lovely car though.

I think it would look good on original dishes all round but polished.
