This has the very annoying clip which breaks.

They've made me a few custom throttle cables before at a reasonable price.Last time I was there I asked about doing a batch of Vr throttle cables,no problem but they need one to copy !

P.S they did me a custom handbrake cable too

I put a fake delivery address in the US for 5 cables on tdnparts and it says can only pick up from the store, i'll give them a bell and see if they will ship them

Good find. Though its the thin bracket at the end of the original that fails that ultimately causes issues. I used an l-shaped bracket and drilled a slightly larger hole in it several years back and its still fine although would be far better with a bike cable bracket. Just need to find some time to do it...
