Corroda 11 Posted December 15, 2022 Nice job there. You’re clearly a dab hand with a grinder, oops I mean welder 😂 Paint blended in well 👍
oneohtwo 8 Posted December 15, 2022 Ah interesting. Did you do it long ago, and has held up since?
_Matt_ 32 Posted December 15, 2022 Yeah it's been on the car for a year now. It could be a reaction between base coat and your lacquer possibly on yours?
oneohtwo 8 Posted December 15, 2022 Hmm, not sure. Maybe I didn't get a good enough mix of hardener. Seems an odd product though as there are plenty of reviews online that have had the same issues as me, and others which it's been fine for. On Amazon, it's got a rating of 2.7 stars. The reviews are either 1 or 5 star!

ChrisL 18 Posted April 10, 2023 Thought I’d update this thread. Drivers side cleaned and found a bit of corrosion where the battery has rubbed. Sanded it down, rust treated and primed and painted. Happy with the results and can’t really be seen once re-assembled anyway
