stop wasting you money on expensive giro valves or check valves,you can use a simple check valve which will do the same work for much cheaper. I bet you can make your own isv reroute for less than £10. Go to a metal shop and get i scrap tube about 62mm diameter and an0other tube about 25mm diameter. weld these and you have an isv reroute that people charge £50 for.

all you need for a boost gauge is some vacume pipe and a T joint,i presume you get these with the gauge. Take out the instrument cluster and you see a boost pipe there that goes to the mfa,cut it fit the T joint use teflon tape to seal any boost leaks and route the piping to where you need to fit he gauge.

i have a foam filter on mine, and man i gota tell you,i put the car back together and i am speachles,it just pulls and pulls,Blade must have done a good job on that charger and the sound that i get from removing the boost return pipes its just unbeliavable,i also made an intercooler mister system that cools the IC by spraying cold water and i gota tell you it really works well,i was surprised to see how hot the ic can get when charger is runing,as soon as you spray some water it cools down completley and it takes a long while to get warm again,i think its a really efficient tool and by the way i still got the porsche 944 IC to fit :D and it just keeps getting better and better,3.5fpr 272 cam oh boy im loving it :D

holly crap 9K,for that much i could have got a VR turbo that will pack some serious heat,above 380hp with some madd tourqe line that will rip the skin of any rice pudding.

JD G60 was geting 300hp with a stand alone fuel managment,if it was me i would just get a crosflow head obd1,you port that sucka with a nice cam and a good inlet manifold design and you be hiting 300hp with no problem. A 65mm pulley and a ported charger would be nice, Iv heard the crossflow on a g60 with the custom manifold and all that makes it sound very hot,some people say its sounds like a V8. The 16v its always an option although i think more work and bit more money would be needed or tuining ect as you have 2 cams more valves to port ect. but i would think anything more than 260hp and you gonna need a stand alone fuel management to really explore that top power also much safer if you know what you doing as chips arent the best option when you tune that high.

its achiavable but with a smaller pulley size like 62mm or smaller,different intercooler and biger injectors,some sort of stand alone fuel management would make things better,cam ported head,exhaust manifold

you can get a set of nology hotwire like mines or darrens.they look nice and are worth about 250 i think

thats why you have race cats which are better than normal cats and better than no cat at all,iv seen many gys in germany use them, ask blade in this forum as he deals them i think and he got one on his car,but with no cat you arent going anywhere with a g60 engine.

I went to a body shop and they want £200 for a tint job which seems li to high for me. I have tried it to tit it myself once but i ripped the film as it was so hard to give the rear windscreen curves on the film. Has any1 in here got any secrets on how to do a god job as im willing to give it another try before i give up and pay the money. Thanx migs g60

why does everyone want to decat their exhaust system. Now if i think about this decating a G60 means lossing power as all you will do is let more air out of the engine (useful air) as is less back pressure. Now on a turbo car it would be correct to to have a cat free system because the air is just used to spin the turbine for 1 cycle and after that it has to be dumped out of it and by having less back pressure it helps to do so quicker but i dont think on a supercharger this helps helps.

there is some nice C in this forum. I like the red G60 and the Black C 16v and i will like mine when its done :D . Its true sometimes camera lies,but again some ppl dont like some body mods on the c like big bumpers sideskirts and things like that but Hey Different strokes for different folks 8) and a forum meet should clarify this and a trofe should be given to the best styled C :lol:

get a manifold froom eip tunign from the states,they have some mad 16v turbo kits

man thats crazy,thats why i do my own work on teh car and to be honest i dont trust mechanics these days. That means that if i would have taken my car to the mechanic to do all that work i have doen would have costed me more than 4k LOL is crazy isnt it.

well so you telling me that if some1 fits porsche alloys or porsche mirrors they should go and buy a porsche instead or same with RS4 bumpers? I dont like BM as they to common and ordinary,now the angel eyes i think would suit the mean front looks that the corrado already has. Also if not the angel eyes i want to put some sort of diferent lights in it liek xenons or hid from some other car as im not prepared to pay 1 grand for a kit,so no i think angel eyes will suit the corrado if done properly,hell you can even have the circle emmit red light or blue but its a matter of taste,if you dont like it dont do it no one is forcing just trying to get some ideas and tips. to be honest Porsche have a quite a bit more of a connection with VW than BMW or Mercedes....so you can get away with Porsche alloys or mirrors on a VW as for the angel-eyes leave them to BMW's...i can understand you wanting to improve the lighting on your C but putting in different marques lights just kind of defeats the purpose of having a C...afterall was it not the front view of one that helped make you want a C in the first place....every single C i've seen with non-original lights IMHO just looks stupid.....fit either the uprated headlight loom or DIY one just my 2p's worth and hope you'll take it as constructive criticsm.....i'm not dictating to you how to spend your cash or mod your C.....at the end of the day its all up to you ok you have to understand here that the lights will be modified to fit the stock light box so the overall product wont look similar to teh bm lights,im considering also using audi lights,i really want to impruve my lights as they crap. Just the lights its not what give the looks to the corrado but i agre it would change the looks and some peeps dont like that. put an oil cooler for £135 you can get one from pd motorsport that would be your best way in the longrun and you will do loads of favours to your charger as high oil temps tend to waer oil seals in the charger.
