Adrian flux gets my vote. Beat any other quote by miles on my bora v6 4mo with suspension,exhaust and alloy wheels. Infact they were cheaper than the other quotes with no mods. Also very easy to deal with. The lady I spoke to said they don't work on commission so don't try to offer stuff you don't need. Save £££'s on comparison sites can I F@#k.

Saw another rado for sale on ebay in the same blue as the bonnet. I thought you had finished it and had it up for sale after buying the mk2. I guess not. Tbh I wasn't sure the colour really suited it.

Not yet. Its quite low on the to do list behind painting the engine bay and re building the engine. One day it will go in just don't know what day that will be.

Glad to hear you are cracking on. My interior is slowly making its way down the list as like you said other stuff has taken priority like putting the engine back in after I have resprayed the engine bay which was most definitely not on the list. Gotta love a rado eh.

I think that the value of a similar condition mk1 or 2 comes down to the fact that everyone knows what a Golf is whereas not many people are familiar with a Corrado.

Morning all. My wife has just got a new job and we are looking to replace her 1.6 auto golf with something that's a bit more economical. I am looking at a polo did consider an A1 but seem to be more money for less car and Fabia reviews I have read aren't that great. Has anyone got experience of a polo or can advise what to look out for or avoid? Or is there any other models I should also consider. Budget is 6k ish. Cheers in advance.
