mate i would love to hear how this mkII is getting 185bhpmate so would i. He just bought it, its an ex show car, a shwarz balck mk2 with 2.0 conversion. Same engine as mine, but with 110 000 miles less, but it shifts like a rocket.

A tornado red rado, wasn't close enough to see the spec but saw that it wsa a J reg, driving on the raynes park section of kingston road (new malden). It looked pretty much standard ie. lights, alloys, exhaust all kept standard.You seen mine yet mate??? Im always in new malden.
And saw a blue vr6 on battersea park road, same one again.

im having some problems as well, in 1st gear once im at 2000 revs, the car judders back as if it temperariy loses power and then carries on up the scale.
Can anyone explain y?

uim looking to put some more power in my 6v as well, im being advised to gas flow it and change the kams- we had a race last night, a mk2 with 2.0 16v conversion at 185 bhp, a corrado g60 stage 4, a corarado 16v, and at the back a pitiful Jap crap toyota celica
I pulled out 2nd with some carefuil driving but in terms of power i was left behind the gold and g60
Need more power, but for a reasonalbe price.

The Kamei ones do raise up and I think the GSF ones do also... I have seen ones that don't tho...We have a new batch due in stock soon (different supplier) - not sure of the exact design until they arrive though :roll:

ive seen this guy a few times, in a black vr6 driving past battersea. He was driving towards wandsworth roundabaout, nice 17s on his. The car looked immacualte.The look on the guys face when he saw my rado. heh heh/
One thing ive noticed is that, bordeaux pearl is quite a rare colour, and it does get a lot of notice. I think he was trying to work out y the car sounded like a v8

Thank God! Ive finally been spotted, this must of been me, i work in battersea/wandsworth and i do recall seeing you on the wandsworth roundabout! Nice to think you thought i had a VR6 though! its only a 1.816v! but i do indeed have some very nice 17'' BBS RZ, See you round mate!

James May ;)is that the posh guy, cos he was a good bloke. Very friendly, and he didnt mind too much that i was kinda off my head at the time. i think he found it rather amusing(not alcohol related)
Aye, the posh one :) He used to write for Car magazine a lot before he started on Top Gear.

uve got nothing to worry about mateit sound like your got the same exhuast system as me and my mate (both of us can set of car alarm just going past them normally :D )
and its held every last tueesday of the month :D i always post up in event pages :)
wicked mate, once my mates got his g60 out of the garage(hes gone and done double exit powerflows- nutter. 2 of the big ovals, one on each side) and i get in contact with the other 2 we'll come down.
