  1. 16v, you look like a cross between those 2 blokes from Hollyoaks!

You know what, I've been told that so many times! Last Christmas eve I was in a pub/club, and was with two of my mates, and one of my mates was chatting to one of his mates who came down from somewhere, this lad asked my mate who he was out with, so he goes "Just him, and him (Pointing at me), and he just froze going "You...are you that bloke..off hollyoaks?!" I laughed and said "No mate, you aint the first to say that!"

    Nice sunflower teddy ;)

Oi! Leave him out of it! :x

( I've had him for years!)

  2. Deleting the wingmirrors could be a cool mod, but as gaz the geezer said, it's a bit of a danger, although having 1is better than having none :)

Other mods seem fine really, how about smoothing some of the swage lines? Like at the back beneath the lights?

  3. I'm so jealous now!!! I used to have a denim blue one and it was fantastic far better then the TT we swapped it for.

Nice car look forward to seeing it.

took it to Dubsport today for a once over and service. Turns out the ECU was seeing the dump valve as an air leak and switching to safe mode. Jeff binned the dump valve and the car is transformed. It's a serious flying machine, definately swaying my earlier opinion about the VR being the better engine. Sounds better but an on song 280bhp 20V is a seriously quick car. Also got a ride in the 4x4 478bhp Corrado VRT. Its been turned down to 360bhp but it's shockingly fast. A run around the block and you could smell the burning rubber and that was with no wheel spin!!! Pure torque and friction generating the heat.

478? Who's was that, and why have I never heard of it?!

  4. Talking aout dings and dents, I just rear ended someone in my dads car :( Not entirely at fault though as he went to pull away then I looked to see if there was anything coming and he slammed on his brakes :( Not huge damage though, but there's a chunk taken out of the front between the lights

  5. ['H3R4POR]I really can't handle sitting in Fords etc after driving my VR for so long.

I get back ache, and just generally feel like I am driving a tractor!

Drop the seat in the C right down, get the steering wheel sorted, and your sat in a great position.

I don't know how people can handle these other positions

Heh, I know what you mean, I had to drive a mates Vectra once for a looong journey. Goddamn after an hours my back was really aching and realised how crap the seating position was. In the Rado it just seems perfect, seats are great too.
