Hello , The central locking pump can be found on the right handside of you boot. its under the carpet that trims the side im a foam box .

omg it would of been such a shame if this didnt happen for the lad... i WOULD of deftinatly have made the effort to go if i had known sooner.. this is such a shame when you hear about someone so young have a tragady like this happen to him.! could someone please try and find out the outcome and let me know...

if it dont adjust i sound like its dead !! you have removed the blue sender aswell have u ? before adjusting it.

have you checked the fueling on the car ? make sure the pump / filter / are ok and also what octane fuel are you running..

Also check the thin wire that comes off your alternator... If this is damaged or has a corroded connector anywhere on it then your light will come on as you describe. (It's a thin blue wire on a G60, but I have no idea about the VR) and also if this light is on your battery wont be charging... :lol:

i think this is the best thing to do as you are basiclly then geting brand new leather .. every second hand leather int i have seen for sale has had marks on it somwhere so i personally would go for retrimming you own.. contact MJ INTERIORS for this task it will cost you around £800 ish for the seats to be done but you will not be dissapointed with the work i promise.. :lol:
