    Mine failed last week: CV Boot Steering rack gaitor Rubbish handbreak Was very pleased with that!! Just proves what happens when you treat a car with TLC!!

    I had most of the above problems with my valver, turned out to be a REALLY tiny split in the vacume pipe which connects to the ISV. Check it closley!!

    I had the very same problem with my zorst when I lowered my Rado, I put jublee clips round the rubber exhaust mounts to take up the slack and lift the exhaust! Works a treat! Dont tighten them up too much tho coz you will loose the flexability in the exhaust system!

    I had a very similar thing happen to me in my old mk1 golf, I forgot to tighten up the bottom ball joint!! Doh!

    Im really not sure, It is kinda working for me purely down to the level of workmanship thats gone into it!
