  1. Think you've done the right thing but yes some sort of thank you would be nice...
  2. Not fitted to my car, was sold to me by a very reputable member on here. Flap rebuilt by Stealth racing and the associated chip for an ECU although it is for an OBD1. You will need an adaptor plate made up for your throttle body.. Sale imminent...

    Cam sensor aue

Is it not worth getting a new one to guarantee the part is ok?
  4. Nice one, add your address and its on its way first thing in the morning...
  5. I will have a VSR for sale shortly… it does have a schrick controller and actuator (not VW Motorsport) and does not have a VSR plate on it but will only be wanting Schrick money for it plus a little rarity tax..
  6. Have got the loom out ready for you Chris… Ill drop you a line shortly...
  7. PM on its way.. Have all the bits you are after..
  8. That's fine mate. Which one you after Chris?
  9. I do have those bits. I have two different headlight looms. Front ashtray?

    Headlight loom

Ive got a couple of headlight looms that i think were made by Kurzy that i won't be using..
  11. We aren't talking about watches here gents, these are time pieces… In an ideal world, win the lottery i could have serious collect of nice watches.. My work watch is the traditional 'Casio Submariner' (G shock) but at all other times i wear an Omega Seamaster, bought it a few years ago and i have never regretted the cost of it.. To buy the equivalent model now would cost considerably more..
  12. Mulberry is a different colour that was available on a Mk3 Golf. The correct VW name for blackberry is Bramble..
  13. Drill the rubber section to release the centre metal section then use a hacksaw to cut the shell that will be left. After one cut the tension is released and you can hammer them out..
  14. Im going to pass on the wiper blades thanks.. Ill be in touch though Dickie about collecting parts for Easypops..
  15. Is the strip not the older style bonnet weather strip (leading edge)
  16. If the pump runs but now water appears on the window then I'd be starting by checking the pipe connection on the washer jet.
  17. When you push the stalk away can you hear the pump?
  18. Try to identify which of the three is the problem and then it's replace seals or repair the pipe. The bootlid can rust from the inside out because of water sitting in there so definitely worth a look and a wipe out.
  19. Is an option or just an inspection of the rubber seals… The boot lid can be the culprit, washer hose/spoiler mech seals/number plate light all possible...
  20. Take the panel off the inside of the boot lid and have a look in there… Either that or your rear lights..
  21. Reverse the wiper, exhaust and the wheels (plus minimise the niggles) and thats a 2k car in the current Mk2 Climate.. If you can't confirm its an Edition Blue put the badges on German ebay for some additional profit..
  22. I could well be wrong but i thought the Edition Blue was a LHD only. Id imagine it was similar to the Edition One and Fire and Ice model so was available with 8v/16v/G60 engines and a special interior of some description… A non rust Mk2 is a limited edition thing and with prices being high a little work could make it a far better option to tart up (as Graeme) says and buy another plus have some change...
  23. I dont suppose the wiper arms have part numbers on them? Sorry to be a pain..
