Exhaust back box collected today, wasn't just the picture making it look good. Excess weld splatter removed around the pipe to box joint and it does look like its been chromed, delighted..

Had a good afternoon on the car yesterday, almost ready for a complete new set of brake lines to go on..
-
I can't comment on durability but the G-techiq gives a lovely matt finish on rubber, they almost look grey rather than a gloss black..
-

I'll take the BBS 56mm centre caps please Michael... been needing some for a few weeks! You can indeed…message inbound..

Kind words James, just want to do it justice and there is no point taking the underneath to bits and doing half a job.
Ill start fitting the brake lines next week while everything starts coming together. No great rush but id like the back end all sorted then ill do the heater matrix and dash wiring rewrap. After that ill move to the front end, wishbones, driveshafts etc.. Bumper and slam panel will be going for paint and then it will be going back together will brand new lights..

It looks like it's worn the mileage well ;)If you saw the history folder you'd see why, it has been a no expense spared affair for a long time.. I don't want to get too precious of it as the intention is to use it, having said that since i got it:
Wash, clay, wash, medium abrasive polish topped up with a polish/sealant.
Leather cleaned and conditioned
Rear wheels off, cleaned inside and out and a lot of dirt out the arches, fronts tomorrow.
Replacement rocker cover and fan cowling away for blast and powder coat…
All this is normal for a run around i hope...

205, there can't be many people who don't like them..
Looks in good shape, I've been following them for a while and values are strong for good examples..
-
Ahhhh Right that's what's been going on very good Micheal. I'd have one of these as a daily no doubt. Now everybody how long before new alloy's go on it?There won't be any wheel changes… I don't want the VR to be jealous...
-

The done thing now is to blame autocorrect.
