    On the end of this spindle that goes through the shift weight.. Should there be a nut or something else? I don't remember what was there to secure the spindle through the slot on the gear change.. Any clues??

    Some may disagree but 18 is too big for a Corrado.. 17s for the look and 16 for quality ride is generally the way ahead...

    Was it easy to split? Are you going to change the bearing and if so where do you get them from? I may source a spare to refurb and just keep mine as a backup..

    How many different types of alternator are fitted to a VR6? 70A, 90A?? Mine has the part number 021903023N, can i change this for any other, is a particular one recommended? Has anyone had an alternator refurbished? Im thinking of buying a spare to tidy up but would like it rejuvenated at the same time...

    I did wash the wheel before it went on… Very green..very little difference to the original one.What do you think of the colour of the brake one?

    More new bits, these won't be going on the car for a while… The 2 bottles don't really look any different to the current ones.. The ABS pipes look superb.. Oh an this is what it looks like on a quality 14 inch steel wheel..

    I mean you say the car is worth x, you'll take the cash and thats the end of the matter. You can then repair, reshell, sell for parts as you see fit.. Have insurance companies already been contacted?

    Off the tope of my head i don't but ill have a look and let you know.. Its the ones that go through the metal bracket, i think the couple on each corner are normal screws..

    I don't know what the recommended oil change interval is for the gearbox, was it a lifetime of the car thing? Always worth changing though...

    Im feeling it might b oath paying someone to take it out.. Is it possibly to use windscreen excess for this or does it just cover the front window?
