whats happening with being a member aswell sent off my cheque and form ages ago and was told that i would recieve my pack by the end of last month but still nothing any ideas??

some american states dont require them!

yeah both the green stuff and the red stuff pads tend to be better the warmer they get !

yeah thats the ones have realised now that they arnt banjos yeah gonna have to rip them out and then get some made up at a garage!

Red stuff pads and red calipers didnt fancy the green stuff doesnt look to bad on yours but green on mine would look a bit dodgy i thought so the whole lots red!

i hope there wont be after that just hate seein the discs and the pads in their packagin they need to be on the car lol!

yeah but if i cut them they are going to be shorter in length arnt they so probably worth having new ones

can a garage sort out them screws at the end aswell so they fit into my goodridge! Didnt know garages did that so basically take em out the both solid brake lines and the screws at the end and get a garage to sort me out a new pair of em??

Hey I need to know the part numbers for the solid brake lines that supply the front brakes left and right handside as im going to have to cut them off as the banjo bolt on the end of them has rounded off and isnt going to come off?? Cheers Jon

do the solid brake lines that connect to the abs pump to the flexi hose come as seperate parts if so what are the part numbers and i imagine they come with the banjo bolt on the end to connect to the goodridges any help appriciated fella??

Im just gonna book a week off only have one car! well had enough and put my car back together it would be so much easier if instead of solid brake lines going to the abs they were flexible like the goodridge ones! Gotta be one of the worst setups ever using banjo screws that are gonna corrode over time! anyway rant over lol!

Right fella took discs pad of the front then had to iundo that banjo bolt that connects to the solid brake line which then goes to the abs that banjo bolt is corroded badly and now virtually rounded off! That needs to come off to get the pipe off anyone any ideas or am i going to have to cut the solid pipe off and get a new one of them?? Dont know about the otherside but may aswell get another solid brake line to go to the abs for that to anyone know if vw do them part numbers would be good?? cheers Jon

yeah got one now they are marked up as something completly different in halfords pants!

Right next weekend is the weekend the storms getting 288mm brake setup has someone done a how to on this for the wiki site the only one i can see is the 312mm ones and thought while i was at it id do a how to even though i dont know yet how to do it myself lol!???

Right went to halfrauds yesterday and the bulb for the numberplate is not the one it says in the catalogue book its twice the size and has a holoder on the end! Anyone know the exact one to get and the size?? Cheers Jon

i think i would have a problem if i was doing a 312mm brake conversion but apparently i should be ok with the banjo bolts that come with the goodridge kit!

whats this about thread type and depth then??do i need different ones than the ones that come with the hoses??

yeah same size because they are both 280mm brake setups!
