My nearside rear light has decided to fail me. Defiantly not the bulb at fault. Brake light works, just the rear light (when foot off brake) doesn't. I highly doubt a fuse would only be to that area so im led to believe its a wiring fault...... Any help welcome =/ Multiple Bulbs and cluster thingy me bobs tried

Going through Cannock Chase a car was hanging off my bumper so i did the norm and slowed down until he got the message. After hitting 15 he looked quite annoyed :lol:

At first it was a bit sketchy as the distributor went along with a temp sensor which made the car judder and stall after 10 mins and wouldnt start again till cooled. Made rush hour traveling to work very fun for a while. Other than that im loving it. A little more pokier than the 8v when needed and a comfy cruiser at low revs :)

As per the title, does anybody know the part numbers for the exhaust rubbers for a 1994 16v? Went to VW and there are 3 different types :scratch:

Seems its not just me then =/ I only wanted some descent HT Leads for my valver :(

Ordered some HT leads from Euro Car Parts early last week. When they arrived they were the wrong brand and after calling them i was told that they are similar quality. After a discussion i posted them back Recored delivery and asked for the correct part. After a week a parcel arrived and to my amazement, it was the exact same item (wrong). I called to speak to somebody about this and was told that this wrong item shares the same product number as the one i wanted as they are similar and was told to call back tomorrow. Over the next three days and dozens of phone calls, i was hung up on, blind transfered and fobbed off what feels like over 20 times. Ive never got angry on the phone before but this was starting to annoy me. After all of this and finally speaking to somebody for more than 2 mins, i was told that to process my collection i would have to call back in 2 hours!! I told them i want to be called in 2 hours to which he reluctantly agreed. 2 hours later (5:55pm) and knowing that the person i spoke to finishes as 6pm, i called back fuming, to which i was argued with being told that the item i have got is smiler spec and it almost sounded like i was being told i should be grateful for it!! After 3 days, 20 odd phone calls, 4+ arguments and two wrong deliveries, i finally have a collection arranged for today and a refund. I may just think twice before i shop at Euro Car Parts again!!

Brought a fuel filter from euro car parts for my 16v but when I shake it there is something rattling inside. Is this normal??

How does one of the ends come of. I've given each one a pull but they all seem solid units. Are they all the same or is it just the one that comes apart?

Turns out, if it's a similar spec, they will use the same ref number. The bloke went into the warehouse and all they have is bbt ones =\

I sent them back and requested they send the correct ones and they have sent these again
