    hey bally...it coulda been that one then. not sure, i know it had a vr6 bonnet, a bit of a respray, new flushed fogs and front lights...

     

    so how are you workin it with this corrado then? you got it yet>? so once you place a deposit its good as yours then? how soon till they want full payment?

    bascially I explained to the bloke selling it (private sale) that I have to sell my car in order to pay for the C.. thing is he's now getting desperate for the £££, its been 3wks since I said yes to it.. :cry:

     

    He wants the ££ asap, meaning I'll have to really reduce my car to buy it, which is a bummer cos my cars almost mint! :(

     

    car markets very werid at mo, I've taken the car to shows, and had it on a stand at Trax, just not getting anyone who has the ££ to buy it :roll:

    My golf is standard 4stud so I'm running the H&R adapters which convert from 4x100 to 5x130pcd. The adapters are 25mm thick so lower the offset by this amount but the Porsche whels are ET52 standard, so with adapters they're ET27.

     

    The only Mk2 Golfs you'll see with 5 stud will be the ones that have had a VR6 conversion and the owner has decied to keep the 5 stud running gear, but even then they're 5x100pcd.

    hehe, yeah.. erm. i saw one of them little fridges in tescos.

    thought it might fit where the arm rest is (was) in the back seat.. it does!

    The plate was £399 from memory. I was at Woburn Abbey, thats where that pic was taken. But with such a fine selection of cars on the day it would not have stuck out.

     

    Thought I'd seen the car.. I really liked it, just the way I plan to have my c :wink: I did hang about to chat to you but wasn't about.. oh well :D

     

    as for the plate, I've been looking for one... hope you don't mind..

    For anyone that cares, its a '94 M reg Moonllight Blue 2.0 16v with 47k miles and I'm 2nd owner.

     

    Its got H&R coilovers (need the spacers on the back!) and sitting quite low. Delocked handles, In-Pros, the RC's, FK badgeless grill and Honda aeriel and I think thats it. Oh and tacky plate, C12 ADO
