was your g60 fitted with a cat from the factory? VW part number for non cat models: 037906265 there are 3 options for models with cats. lambda probe / F >> 50-K-011 579 3 pin part no:030906265 lambda probe / F 50-K-011 580>> 50-K-030 000 part no: 037906265B lambda probe / F 50-L-000 001>> 5 pin part no: 037906265B

I cant sau ive noticed it being any louder... but the g charger does tend to drown out a lot of underlying noise

The bit wrapped in blue tape. It sits to the left of the inlet manifold next to the FPR. Has a split in it hence the tape. Part number also appreciated so I can replace it It's on a 1992 G60 if it helps Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

is the fan kicking in?? if it is then look at there being some crud clogging your system preventing the coolant circulating

Been away for a while now. Oil leaks have all been sorted. VDO gauges fitted into the dash. Radio relocated into glove box. bought myself a couple of goodies with the annual cheque from the family... if memory serves me corractly, the same guys that sell this also do one for a RHD car. Try searching ebay for either 'corrado VDO' or 'corrado gauge' or 'corrado dial'... one of these gave me a rhd version of it

It is a shame there are people who do this. I have had several front bumpers that I have won and the seller has claimed to have sold. I get frustrated when this happens. However I won one the other week for 99p... I was also bidding on a bonnet he had but got outbid at the last minute. As the winner of the bonnet didn't make contact or reply I got that too!! it will be one of 2 things gone wrong. 1: the o ring between the filter and sandwich plate (if this has gone it will usually chuck oil out pretty quickly) 2: one of the senders on the top side of the sandwich plate has gone (these are more likely to just weep)
