I get the feeling that I didn't line up the fins on the outlet with the charger. There is minimal oil in the pipework so lining things up is probably my best bet

About a month ago I blew the boost pipe off the charger side of the intercooler. I refitted it with a new jubilee clip. I now keep blowing the pipe off my RSR outlet... Have done it 3 times this week. Would there be any particular reason for this happening? Or would new silicone reducer and jubilee be in order? Can't see any reason for this one not being good to use

Yep between 90 and 100 even a G60 should be like that... Mine now does after changing the heater matrix and fan

I found one the other month in my local toy shop. It was a vr in some kind of burgundy. Sent the pic to my mate as his other halfs c is the same. Needless to say he snapped it up the next day

Received my new rocker cover on Saturday. Made the most of the sun on Sunday and got it fitted. Just need to give the rest of the bay a bit of a clean now

There should be atleast 1 plastic guide on each side of the seat runners that hold it square in the car

ive just had a look on ETKA, it is comething to do with the air con system closest i can find is one of the ducts for it

I'm probably wrong does it tap when driving?? If not its probably your isv clicking. Mine is quite loud when idling

Gauges now built and wiring harness made. Removed the oil pressure and fitted a boost one instead Wiring in place Had to use a different connector due to having no original loom. Brown connector will go to oil temp sender All in all a good afternoons work

Glove box is just 4 screws. 2 are hidden under a piece of plastic inbetween the hinges

The speak coming from near the windscreen may well be they it isn't tightened fully. To fix this there are 2 bolts under the scuttle panel. First one is over by the ecu in line with the join in the plastic windshield trim. The other is on the opposite side in line with the wiper linkage

Only a small update. All the silicone pipes I need have now arrived. Just waiting on my isv reroute and oil breather pipe to be fabricated... TD5 FMIC should be in when these are made. Last of the silicone. Have gone for something different with the rocker cover ... A big G one I chanced upon the other day. Will attempt to do it all at once. Then just have the Audi 80 VDO dials to figure out

mine did this the other week... i started off pulling fuse 19 when it was parked up... should be the only 30 amp one in the fuse box. i would also check and clean the contacts on the after run relay box (black unit by the coolant bottle) also check the fuse in there whilst youre at it also clean the contacts on the rad switch, mine had moisture in there causing the fan to run constantly.
