my has 196,000 :shock: and 113 when I got it 5 years ago, although all that is pretty irrelevant as it is with nice mister VW having its carpets dried out and a new heater matrix. By the way it only hit 160k on engine No.1.

No.2 VR6 has only done 60, so should be good for a while. :lol:

73K when I bought it in Feb 03, now showing 86,500. Plenty more to go before the big chain job is required....fingers crossed!

 

Bloody chains. Chains are for motorbikes and mountain bikes, LOL! I want a traditional rubber belt please.....mind you, the damn thing wouldn't fit in the engine bay if it wasn't chained. Same predicament as the current Audi S4. No room for a cambelt.....out with the chains!
