Mate, at long, long last, i think i have been spotted!! It was actually on Peter Street ( a continuation of oxford Rd). Mine was the Classic Green VR6. Had a little goosey at the dark 2.0 as i parked there!!! Sean

Yeah i know. I actually went in to the wrong shop. I was recommended to go into the one next door, but got the name wrong. Anyways, i've told them to be extra careful and make sure there is never another problem. If there is, i'll get a refund and they'll leave all the kit in

Cheers guys. I do think the wiring has not been done properly which has caused the head unit to overheat and is affecting it's output. I have since taken the car back to the shop and they are dealing with it all day today to get to the bottom of it. They said they are also going to compensate me which is good news :) They are also gonna have to repair my head unit as that is noe buggered! Anyway, hopefully all will be ok, and they look after the car!! These guys just work on the side of the street....... :roll:

Just paid £400 to have my car kitted out with new speakers all round, plus an amp and sub. The speakers i went for are the JBL Power Series front and rear. I've got the tweeters in the dash, mid range in the door cards (5/1/4") and 4" in the back. The sub is a Vibe 10" and a Rockford Fosgate 150W amp. Ever since it was all installed, i've had a few growing problems. The first was that the head unit (A sony active black- which i've never had a problem with) has started to cut out. It just switches off whilst playing and then turns back on. And now, all the speakers seem to have completely gone! I had the sub turned off last night as i was driving down the M1, and the speakers sounded awful. They were crackling and vibrating even when turned down low, and i wasn't even listening to any bassy music- just Dido!!! Do you think the speakers may have blown?? The system was put in on monday, and i haven't been listening to it loud at all. any help would be great, cheers

Had a little run in with a J reg, Red G60 up Oxford Rd in Manchester. Had a little wave, and then taught it a lesson........ :)

Got a little problem which became apparent on my recent trip up the M6. When i'm driving at 80-90 everything is smooth and all good. But, sometimes, as i was easing off the accelerator the car kind of jerked a bit! Don't really know what word to use, but it just was not smooth. Not sure if it is a sensor out, or maybe soming to do with the throttle body?? Anyone had this in there VR? Hope it isn't tooo grave. As i say, it is only intermittent at the moment. Cheers, Sean

When is the veyron going to be released? It was mean't to be released a while ago, but theres been a few problems with launching it. Sure it will be swesome when it does go on sale to all the Arabian princes!! As for the VR6 vs RS6, that is a bit of a joke. They are two completely different animals, the RS6 would leave the VR in alomost any gear, and very very rapidly............

Saw a mystic blue storm parked on Didsbury high st. N**VRG, very very nice. Had chrome licence plate surrounds 8)

Definitely get rid of the 'random' orange splurges in the interior! Needs a bit of black trim on the outside as well to give a contrast to the ornage! Nice car though when it's alll tidied up!

I think you could be waiting a while to find one locally. And chances of it being a good one at your price would also be unlikely. No harm in looking, and i'll second vr6storm about happily going to see one that is local to me to help someone out.
