need a mesh grid that sits in the front or rear of the mass flow sensor? on taking mine apart it had a rip in it, beyond repair dont fancy paying for a whole new maf i don't need, so anybody got a broke one i can have parts from?? cheers

just doing a search and came across this thread, my arb is fouling my exhaust downpipe, so I'm guessing its been put on upside down at some point....is there a way to get it off without dropping the front axle off the frame?

had my rocker cover powder coated and for some reason even tho' i taped it up, they have powder coated the inside mating face, this is the (bare metal) face you would clean and usually put down on top of the gasket with a sealant in between probably already know the answer to this but here goes before it was powder coated i could see the mating face probably wasn't in the best condition, some places were not totally flat and had seen better days,probably where it was over tensioned and marked up, now its been powder coated it seems to be levelled out better, can i.....just go ahead and put it straight on or should i take it off back to metal with my dremel? get the dremel out right

have always used pp tuning in louth custom made before nice chaps and will make to preferences peformance or sound , but running a ashley custom as it came up cheap this is why i went with them for my other exhausts still makes me sex wee

I like the conversion, but love the noise the v6 makes and the history of the engineering behind it, which i think is why so many stick with it I think if i had a 16v and i was looking to upgrade i'd look at the 20vt conversion but the vr I would turbo, the g60 i would tune or in real life, i would just keep the vr because its all I can afford :bonk:

ok mine is bmc cda 85-150 came with filter, brace to go around it connecting strap and a tin like hose to feed to cold air i purchased a silicone hose from ap motorstore on ebay, code 330688700173 90mm internal dia to connect to engine side using jubilee clips it states in instructions the exit dia is 84mm, i think you can get bmc port reducers but mines just silicone need anything else?

jim, where your battery sits in the above picture, whats that grid plate that the battery sits on, like a rubber foot doormat cut to size? if so that's a decent idea, just took mine out to treat rust

clean off after you've used the white spirit with a apc and treat with a sealant or wax
